Diary of a Warforged

I had this great idea to write a summary of each encounter my Warforged Monk has. He is like Data meets Baymax meets Johnny 5 with the posture of Neo (Matrix) when he discovers he is the one...cool calm and curious about his own abilities like his body is acting independently of his brain.

Anywho....well i dont know how to write it, so Im looking for ideas and the internet only talks about how NOT to write like a robot, but i want this to be reflective of his curious yet analytical nature.

Your thoughts would be much appreciated.
