Doc didn't understand why anyone wanted to grow poisonous plants. Hallucinating drugs were a waste really. Doc guessed that a lot of ponies abuse drugs up here?

"Alright then, I don't want to push. What do you charge for some pain killers?"

"Depend on quality and quanity. My best stuff can make Tartarus tortures feels like a maasage. I even have the elixer of eternal pain killer. I have used it myself.'
A smile of yellow sharp teeth is exposed under the shade of the hood.

She pull from her cloak variouse syringes.

Doc ponders if Prosperity would want a stronger, bigger Doc? Nah, she probably would say that's a bad idea. Maybe later tho...

"Basic morphine is actually preferred. Yeah, it might be boring, but it's quite practical to keep injured ponies relaxed while I operate. Seems like a lot of folks here would get shot, so it's either morphine or whiskey. I put a little more trust in good medical science, and save the whiskey for later, you know? "

Doc raised an eyebrow at the sounds the mystery mare made. 'Voom and Shwshwee?' he thought to himself. What a strange kind of magic that was. He will have to see it work to understand it better. Back home the machines didn't make much noise. Mostly a 'boop beep' sound when taking someone's blood pressure. Ponies in the Stable were usually quite healthy. He didn't have a lot of work to do. But now Doc felt he was going to be very busy.

"Antibiotics sounds fascinating," Doc said, "I would be interested in buying those too."

"Here!" She now drag a box filled with jars, with.. cakes matured to be covered in green?
"You see, mister cutie glasses, I view myself as sort of a fancy shmancy shientisht. I was very sick, and also hungry, and ate some green bread stuff. It made me puke, but it healed me. You see this green thing? It's so disgusting, it kill germs.' She pointed.
'You can eat only the green, less puking and nasty bathrom issues.
Prosperirty raise an eyebrow.
'She is trying to con you" Greeda stated.
But is she?
Sure, this drug dealer doesn't know the scientiftic terms, but it actually make sense.
Maybe this is how in Pre War Equestria they have discovered antibiotics.

Doc studies the jars carefully. "Hmm, the right bacteria could grow penicillin cultures..."

Doc with careful study estimate that a bit more then half of those have functional pencilin cultures.
She might try con you, or this honestly the best she produce on system of trial and error.

Doc wasn't sure if that was a lot of money or not. It definitely would be half of what he had, but if he could brew his own antibiotics, it would be a worthwhile investment.

"Alright ma'am, you got yourself a deal." Doc holds out a hoof to shake.

Doc quietly wipes the powder in a pocket, then pays for the medicines. He seems happy, like a colt on Hearthswarming. He takes his purchases and walks back to find Red.

"She didn't seem all that bad. A little odd, but I think everyone around here is in some way."

Doc wasn't sure how to respond to that. If Greeda was a pony, it would be a compliment. But as a goat that likes his 'genes', it sounds like it means something different?

"Right, uh, thanks, but right now I can't be picky on who I'm buying my medicines from. Don't worry, Prospi, I will test them before using them. Let's go find Red and see what our next step is." Doc goes back to the markets where Red was last seen to find her.

Doc stepped over to Red. "I bought some drugs from a shady pony in a dark cloak. I think I can turn them into useful medicines, but Prosperity doesn't trust her or her drugs at all."

Outside the infimary, a teen colt sit and cry.
The unicorn nurse of Proff trying to sooth him.
"The Proffesor has told you, it's not about the money, he doesn't want to waste your time...'

"My... gra-grandma has broken her hip. I have enough caps, but the Proffesor-" the colt interupted by the shadowing figure of Proff, towering over him.
"Refuse to heal her. Yes. This is a waste of good caps for you"

Prosperity stomp. "How dare you? Life are sacred! You can't just give up!"
The unicorn nurse stuttered. 'Y-you shouldn't spea-speak like that to Proff!"
Proff, petted the colt's head in a very patronizing way.
"Am I? This colt live alone with his grandma. She isn't working for half a year now, she doesn't allow him to join scavenger packs. So they live off the caps she managed to save. Her bones now are soft and fragile, everylittle thing will break her again. It's amazing she hasn't devolped cancer yet! It's unnatural to live this long!"
The colt sob. 'Please stop talking like that! She is-"

"A dead weight on you, kid."

"Enough!" Doc shouted. He was getting mad now. He turned to the colt and helped him stand up. "Come, take me to your grandmother, and I will see what I can do for her."

"Listen, child. This charlatan is selling you false hopes. He will abandon you starving. You will crawl back to me, begging for a loan. Mark my words. I never lie"


With that, the cold lead Doc and his friends.
He is a bit older than chariot, a bit taller but much thinner.
His coat pale sickly cyan, his mane shaved off, and his green eyes slitted- maybe he need glasses?

He lead the way, between the houses in the town, that seemed to "grow" naturally, without any city planning consideration, some homes were built on each other like cube tower of a toddler.

"So, what is your name?' Prosperity has asked softly.
"I am Prosperity, this is Red Shield, and this is Doctor Vardom but you may call him Doc.'
Greeda coughed. 'And I am Greeda.'
The colt looked at her a bit scared.
'Don't worry, your genes doesn't looks good enough for me to harvest.'
Prosperity shot a dead eye at Greeda-
But this actually calmed down the colt.
"...My name.. is Sand Hoof.'
He is bare from a cutie mark, but wear a leather armor, and has an earing made from a beak(?)

"Well sand hoof, maybe I don't look like it yet, but I am a doctor. I may not have the fancy tools that crystal pony does, but I have the skills and I'm willing to help." Doc tries tone confident to help the colt feel better. "Tell me what happened with your grandma. Did she fall to break her hip?"

"Well.. I don't know what she was in the past, but she always talking about enemies, and somehow, we always had enough money, though I don't remember her earning money.."
He pause.
'Lately she started to talk more and more about enemies and became.. umm.. anxiouse.'
He pause again, choosing carefully his words.
"I was in my room, and my grandma, yelled something about enemies, she shot with her gun, and were pushed back, and crushed into a closet. The hit has broken her rib.'
He look worried. 'She begged of me, not to walk away, but.. I couldn't leave her hip untreated..'

Doc finds this story a little bit scary? "Well, I think you did the right thing to get help. It's important to get to her as soon as possible."

He moves fast to follow the colt to his house.

Now, I am making up stuff as we go, I hope this alright, mostly want to streamline such stuff.
So I call it "group perception'-
I assume, they all aware so, you roll, with advantage and doubled proficency.
It meant to represent the high chances that one of the group at least wil notice, and will share the intel.

There are two pairs of hooded figures on the roofs, one pair watching over Sand Hoof's house. The other on you. They seemed to be winged.

Due to some claw marks on the walls, and one fallen feather, you understand there are two pairs of griffins(?) on the roofs. Ome lf the pairs have a sniper riffle aimed at Sand Hoof's house.
The other pair, armed with gun, and the second with a saber, watching over your group

"Sand Hoof?' A teen filly with half shaved mane say with hesitation. "I have heard you gran screaming.. is she alright?'
'..I have brought a Doctor. He will save her.' He say to her.
'She can survive it. I never knew somepony such a badflank.'

"Yeah..' he start to trot faster.

His house is impressive. There is a spiked fence, with skulls of avians(griffins?) On.it's edges.
There is a gate, with a sign. "No entry for friggin enemies and filthy birdies'
The gate is torn from it's base..
The house itself looks like a tall hedghog- tall, round and filled with a spikes, with only one round window.
