Doc looks at the spiky home and fence. It looks like something out of a... um .. Doc actually has never seen anything like this to compare it to.

"Not a fan of creatures with wings I take it?" Doc asks. He walks in careful not to touch the spikes. "Which room is your grandma in?"

A welp of pain is heard. "Granny!' Sand Hoof yell, and gallop- he almost enter the house, but a bullet strikw him at the hip.
"Auugh!'
On the other house there are a couple of hooded characters. One of them hold a sniper rifle.
"Hey, stay away from the house! It's buisness of the Stymphalian Company!"

Greeda's eyes widen a bit. "This is bad, Doc. In short- they are bad to ponies and goats the same!'

Doc runs up to grab the colt and then dives into the house, shielding the colt from harm.

He turns to the colt, Sand Hoof, "We're all in trouble. Looks like someone's trying to gun us all down!"

When he gets inside the house, Doc stays away from the windows. "I don't suppose your granny knows how to shoot a gun if I heal her hip?"

'I think they are here for vengance! They waited for her to become old... but if she will feel good.. I think she can handle them!"

Okay, well since doc took his action (getting Sand and himself safely into the house) I guess Doc will have to wait for Sand's initiative to respond?

That is what I wanted Doc to do. You had written that Sand Hoof almost got inside the house when he was shot by the sniper. So for Doc's action, I replied that he picked up Sand Hoof and went inside the house.

Beside... this is quite challenging encounter.

Two snipers with rifles, where Doc has... just a knife. Yes, this is a challenge. ;)

I have the 2e books, but never use them. They're pretty old now. It's okay to make stuff up on the fly. I just wanted to make sure you knew that Doc's action was getting the colt into his house safely. That's Doc's priority right now, keeping the little one safe.

Fast to react, Doc carry Sand Hoof and gallop inside.
He can hear the enemies curse, but he is simply too close and to fast.

Doc enter the house. The first room, is a living room, with a wall covered with severed head trophies.
Some of griffins, less then that of goats, ghouls,mutants, and even one draconic head.

On the other wall collection of arms is shown, then there is a door and the other wall, there is a kitchen corner.
The dinning table crashed, where an elder mare groan in pain.
Badflank... as the teen mare friend of Sand Hoof has described her might be accurate:
She had deep blue coat, an eyepatch, over three red scars. Her other eye were red
Her mane was grey as iron, and curly as pile of springs.
She also big. 40 years earlier she probably would be totaly Doc's type.
She wear leather armor, and beaks as earrings are on both ears, she has one feathery wing, while the other is cut, and replaced with a machine gun.
Her hip is bent in a way that it is clear that is broken.

On the other side of the room, heavily armored big looking griffin is packing a barrel filled with caps.
"Hey, Cap'- we have guests!'

"Granny!' Sand Hoof yell.
'Sandy! You idiot! Run away!' His grandma yell, and then scream in oain, as the bird guy bent her broken bone even more.

Doc Drew his knife and stepped forward. "Hey! Back off the mare RIGHT NOW or I will cut you!"

"Yeah, Cap!' The griffin pulling a cleaver.
'Let's just kill him too!'

'Don't forget the codex, Gerard.' "Cap'" hissed.
"Beak the codex!'
Meanwhile shoots and screams are heard from behind, Greeda and Prosperity charged inside and slammed the door behind them.
They look ok..
There is a new scratch on Greeda's armor and a bleedingn scratch on Prosperity's flank.
Greeda give an angry "Beh"
'Who to ram first?'


Ooc: Greeda just ran inside. So she still has an action

Doc pointed to the griffon that was hurting the grandma. "Ram him first!" Doc shouted. "Saving Sand Hoof's grandma is priority!"

The parrot pushed back coughing blood.

"Cap!" Gerard yell in worry.


It's Sand Hoof's turn. He is just panicking.
So it's Doc again

Doc runs forward towards the grandmother. He puts his hooves on her broken hip and will try to set it. Doc channels his knowledge and energy as a doctor to heal the mare.

"I'm going to try and fix your hip bone. Hold still for me," he tells the grandma.

Healing light glows for just a moment from Doc's hooves. He uses his Lay on Hooves ability to heal the grandma 5 points.

Doc manage to bend back the bone, but she still seriously injured.
'Tha.. thank you sonny..."
"Cap"' fly up, and then his claw hand is shoot held to his arm's stamp by a cable toward Greeda. Greeda push it back with her horns, 'beh"ing at him.

Gerard flew up, raising the barrel and throwing it at Greeda- it hit, and she is the one to get pushed toward Doc.
Prosperity calm, start to sing a lullaby- the Captain Parrot fall and snore
"Get up Greeda! You can smash the stupid one!' She encourage the goat.

Greeda beh angerly, trying to grab the machine gun, that implanted on the elder mare.
"Ouch! Let me handle it..' she getting up shakingly, using the machine gun, trying to penerate the griffin-but in her pain her aim seemed to be off- but, the griffin is close enough to the floor for Greeda to try and ram him again.
Inspired by Prosperity she ramming Gerard slamming him into the wall, where pile of severed heads fall on him., injuring him as well.

Doc need to make Dex save at diffuculty 12 or fall prone and lose (1d4)[4](4) hp.

Gerard gotten up.

He grab a rifle and shoot at the granny, but miss.

Greeda charge at him again, but Gerard manage to slip away.
Propserity take a rifle herself, and gallop outside

Doc will grab a rifle and try to shoot Gerard. He remembers a little bit about using a gun from Mirror Armor, but that's a long time ago. Hopefully Doc remembers how they work!

"Please don't pee on my hooves," he begs the rifle.

"Alright, who's next to see the doctor?" Doc called out. If the captain is also down, Doc will look for something to tie them up so they can't get away, if they're still alive. If not alive, he'll go follow Prosperity to protect her.

"Go, have fun, with collecting beaks.' Said the elder mare. "I'll take care of this feather farce in the old fashion way.' She draw a rusty butcher knife from under her wing.

Oh no. Did Doc just...? This is scary. He was so caught up in the fear and anger of the fight he just killed someone! His heart was beating super fast.
