Doc sat down and turned over the can in his hooves. "Guess you didn't like the treats either," he said to the skeleton. "Name's Doc. I'm from... well, I guess it doesn't matter where I'm from anymore. Reckon I'm toast unless I figure out a way to escape this place."

He looked up at the computer with the blood stain.

"Should I have put a fight with Greeda? I mean, I wasn't sure and I... I hesitated. I don't know if I should of just knocked her down and put her in this cage... Nah, she probably could call for help using that bell thing she wears. It's like a radio I reckon."

Doc lifted the can and judged the distance to the computer. "I don't even know if anyone else is alive. I need to figure this place out and escape. You'll understand if I leave you behind, right? I mean, we only just met."

He threw the can to try and hit the pentagram.

You toss the can exactly at the center of the pentagram- the veines/cables of the computer started to pump, and echoing heartbeat like sound make the mutant beasts to screech and hiss with frusration.

A voice come from the computer. It sound like a beast from a very alien land.

Activity In The Genetic Sample Collecting Device Has Been Detected. Intiating Optic Research Program." a stalk with an eye ball grew from the computer, and looked over the can.
"Very Minimal Genetic Material Is Detected. No Value found. Should This Object Be Deleted?'

Doc was startled! He jumped back and hesitated. A computer that was... Organic? He looked around for anyone watching, though he did not consider the skeleton a danger.

He leaned forward against the bars. "Uh, computer? No, don't delete me. I'm very valuable. Greeda's pet actually! Your sensors are probably not working right because I'm a prime specimen. Greeda worked really hard to acquire me and if I'm harmed, she would be VERY upset and break you down, right?"

Doc had no idea if this computer even heard him. Computers back home in the Stable couldn't listen. The robots could, but the Stable didn't have many of them.

"The Subject that is considered to be deleted, is the can, with atoms of spit inside of it. You are rare source of genes. With high probability for healthy genes to harvest. Your safety is ensured, until the ceremony is held.'.

"Oh. Um... In that case, sure, you can delete the can."

Doc felt sheepish now. But he had to be fair to himself-- he had no idea what was really going on and this was his first time talking to a computer that had organs.

"So, how does the harvesting of my genes work? I'd like to know what these weirdos do to collect samples of me."

The eye squeaded back inside the stalk, and instead a gawking mouth thing rips open. It "vomit" some acidic fluids which dissolve the can into smoke which dissapear.

"Research Protocols Are Limited To The Members Of This Facility. Your Blood isn't a Registered User.'
Now Doc hear a commotion right outside the "pet pens"

"That's some acid reflux issue."

Doc heard the commotion, but he was still stuck inside the cage. He needed to expedite his escape plans. He sifted through the bones of his 'roommate' for a long leg bone and then tried to use it like a crowbar to force the cage door open.

The cage creaked, like the hip of an elder pony.
Doc tried and tried but the bone has broken under the pressure, and chip of bone stinged him in the eye.

Greeda has bursted into the room. "Vardo! Pony! You said you are a doctor! Right?' She panted

"Ow! Yes! what? I'm right here," Doc stumbled over his words like he tripped on some stairs. He sat down to rub his eye and quietly push the broken bone behind him with the other. "Yeah, I am a doctor. Pretty much why they call me Doc. ...why?"

He was a little curious why Greeda jumped on this subject. There was a commotion outside...

Without hesitation Greeda has opened the cage- Doc, notice, that her bell glowed and jiggled when she did that, and the door of the cage glowed a bit.
"A terrible accident! My little brother Gengar, choked on something, and because of a bug, the computer doesn't recongnize him as one of us, and refuse to give guidance! Are supposely Doctor doesn't know how to do ahything without the computer-you are my last hope!' Tears have filled her eyes.
She seemed in distress, and this did sound disracting. Maybe it's Doc's chance to run away?

Doc exits the cage and adjusts his glasses. "If he's choking then we haven't a moment to lose! Take me to him and I will do everything I can to help." He gets ready to run with her to find her brother.

Greeda led the way out of the Pet Pens, having faith in the doctor.

This how it is. In such situations, a doctor is like a god.
People can insult doctors, people even can claim they don't turst them, but when their lives or the lives of their beloved on the line, they will have blind faith in the doctor, to decide the life and death of the ill.

Less morale pony, might have used this opuurtinity.
Greeda is leading to the infimary.
The place is buzzing with unnecarily activity.
Few goat soldiers trotted from to place uselessly, and one big fat goat with a coat lab and glasses kept screaming at the computer.
"He is the son of the Archemagister, you stupid meat machine!"

On a metalic bed, a young goat, looking barely older then Chariot and Vitality, with similiar colors to Greeda shivered. A big bulge was aparent at his throat, and his eyes stared blankly, barely counsiounse if it all.
Greeda cried. "No! It became WORSE!'

Doc trotted up to the young goat and checked his throat. He needed to clear the airway. He felt the goat's rib cage and then turned him over so Doc could stand behind the goat and use the Heimlich action--hugging his abdomen with several thrusts to force out the object in the goat's throat.

It seems, that the horrors of this day, did not take away from the ability of the pony doctor to help.
With enough pressure from the goat youth, burst out of his mouth a metalic can "Zuper Zoup Zouce!", looking in Pre-War design.

But oxygen was blocked, for few minutes... he still ahiver.

"You can slap me with the rolled up newspaper later!" Doc barked at him, "I'm trying to save this goat's life!"

Doc attempted to get the goat breathing again. He pressed against the boy's chest with both hooves several times, checked for breath, then repeated.(Medicine (1d20+3)[9])

"Come on, take a breath." Doc touched the goat's chest with a hoof, and he bestowed a point of healing to help him. He wasn't going to give up. He was a doctor and this is what good doctors do.

The Goat Doctor shut up for a moment, and then turn to yell again at the computer.
He seemed the kind of guy, who is happy from being unhappy
Not that he was important right now.
The young goat is very muscular for his age, and yet Doc subcounsily hesitate to go all out.
Not enough pressure. Greeda pant. "Can I help somehow?!" She said with begging eyes.
Well, she had the body of a warrior. Maybe she could do it?

"Alright, put your hooves on his chest here. Then I want you to press, yield, press, yield, like this." Doc shows her the technique on how to do the compressions. "Okay, start."

Greeda does as the good doctor told her.

After few thrusts, Doc can see, the young goat started to pant, though still uncounciounse.
It's a good sign for far!

"He's breathing!" Doc exclaims to Greeda. "Unconscious, but the important thing is that he is breathing again. He's going to make it."

Doc examines the goat for any other injuries or health issues he could help with.

The only issue seems, that his throat in injured om the inside

He start to cough blood, Greeda shriek with horror.
It's look much worse then it really is. His sound cords might get hurt.
But it seems he can breath, so the vital parts should be ok.
Of course infection is an another risk.

The goat doctor start to ramm the computer with frusration

"It's alright, I got one more thing I can do to help him." Doc puts his hooves on either side of the goat's throat and uses his healing ability to heal 4 more points. It's all he has left but it should stop the bleeding. Doc hopes.

He wanted to keep that ability a secret, but... well he hopes that he saved the goat's life before he is sacrificed to their goat God for DNA or whatever.

The inner pony magic surged through, Doc's hooves.
The goat youth's eyes widen open and he pant, looking around in shock.
"Gengaaaaar!' Greeda squealed, and pounced to hug him, crushing Doc between the two goats.
Emmm... goats weren't good at hugging as ponies- rough coats, and much more musculed.
"Oh. Sorry.' Greeda gotten up.
"GENGAR! YOU IDIOT! YOU SUPPOSED TO CHEW THE CANS! NOT SWALLOW THEM!" She slapped him, leaving a slitted hoof mark and then hug him again.

The fat goat grumbled. 'What have you done,Equestrian!"

Greeda frowned. "You, Greggor, can expect a genetic resarch on you! You are a failure, and shame to all genetic lines involved!'
Greggor's eyed widened with horror.
"But, it's the computer- I-"
"Compeltly useless without it!" Greeda snapped.

Gengar meekly. "Sister, there is really no need for-"

Doc let out a squeak when he was hugged. He wasn't expecting that!

He watched Greeda argue with the older... doctor? Scientist? He didn't know, but it felt like this argument wasn't necessary. ...but then again, maybe this is the distraction he needed to escape. He saved a goat's life and perhaps this was Luna smiling upon him from the shadows?

Doc slowly inched away from the argument, letting it go on. He moved quietly towards the exit.

The goats seemed so occupied in their argument, that one little pony- even if he has displayed miraclouse abilities, could slip out easily.
Another strike of luck, were the emptiness of the corridor, and the eyes at the walls were shut.

But can Doc find his way out in the castle?

Doc really doesn't have a plan to escape here. He was lucky so far, but how long does the luck last? He tries to remember the way out on memory, quietly moving through the shadows.

Doc looks at the orbs with interest. He could almost hear Prosperity in the back of his mind telling him not to waste his time when he should be escaping. But since Doc is not a unicorn, he's not sure how he would access them... he looks around to see if the goats made something that reads the orbs.

There is a headpiece, (sort of like X Men's seribro), with holes for goat horns, and socket for the memory orbs.
