So, what is the best program for an online real time D&D game? I'm looking for the least obtrusive/easiet to use. Something that has a clean interface for posting pictures and has a dice roller and a chat room function is probably more than enough. Thoughts?

OpenRPG is your best ticket, if you're not on a Mac. I hear the python scripting plays hell with the MacOS.

Screen Monkey is pretty good too, though I don't use it because my computer occasionally just doesn't like something, and I couldn't get the DMing stuff to work.

Actually, the difficulties it has with a Mac are minor enough that it's still the best program for the job.

It can be used for any game that uses a tactical map that either uses squares or hexes.
