Now newly embroiled in a mutual cause for the preservation of the galactic community as a whole, the Wardens of World's End mingle freely with their fellow Clone Knight Vanguard, and prepare for war against the Same and even greater threats. SPACE KING Jacques is gifted a resplendent sword of skilled craftsmanship hand folded and smithed by Fire Lord Vix-Tal. This ostensibly ornamental (Though from the way the Fire Lord branded it one would easily think he had pretested it in combat) blade is used in a ritual sparring display on behalf of the SPACE KING as he is recognized for his duties in the flames of wars past and yet to come. At its culmination he is recognized with the title Solar paramount SPACE KING EXEMPLAR. Privately it is said that the Fire Lord personally congratulates the Solar Paramount for his stunning intercession and romantic gesture of battling on behalf of his love. The Knights Vacio were bold, outrageous, and wielded the very burning stars of destiny.

Grand Lady Kaya of Dynastinarea declares her love for Prime Minister Eladia of the Eternal Assembly of Alysia. With special permission given to her from Alysia herself, Kaya asks the Prime Minister that most sanctified question, and is rejoicefully answered with acceptance. A wedding is arranged on her homeworld, where the two shall remain in loving arms, and overseen by the Chief Deputy Warden himself. Not one to miss an ample opportunity for an open communication Antich Heaventreader travels through his channels in the Knights Vacio to the Alysian homeworld itself and speaks at length on the joys and triumphs that unity can produce during the coming months of preparation. Many Masters of Shadow take solace in the peaceful natural and yet controlled environment of the Alysian space and offer to teach the strange yet elegant species of a greater connection with the totality of nature and its perception.

    News and Rumors:
Antich Heaventreader comes forth via channels from his friends in the Cosmic Couriers to the galactic community at large with a report. After an extensive two year private investigation on the segment of space known as Q23 the Wardens of World's End find the Syndrome claims to local territory faulty and unfounded. Several incidents of modified paperwork and inserted documents are found by Masters of Shadow working in secret nonstop for the past year. Most of these documents, as far as the Chief Deputy can discern, are focused around an incident of a technologic leap for the local populace some hundred galactic years ago, and done so at the expense of a diplomatic Syndrome vessel. No such ships were capable of reaching that space from the Syndrome without GLD so long ago. The Wardens of World's End formally condemn the sloppy work of the Syndrome and their attempts at manipulation.

The Wardens of World's End formally support Aneb of the Rothuun in his claim on position

Seeing the dastardly acts of flagrant terrorism, aggression against the Core Vigil, and disregard for sovereign borders the Wardens of World's End officially retract their invitation for the Symbraum of the UPT to visit Hearth and inspect the Core Patrol Corps headquarter for themselves. Some rumors of their further involvement in the damage done to the Umbral Augury is filtered about but Antich Heaventreader is quick to quell them. Rather instead of such baseless rumor mongering he calls for all members of the Galactic community to condemn the UPT and place upon them a stricter eye for future attempts at bombing bases along the Core.

    UNIFIED PUBLIC TRUST

    Round 10
    Transcendence Division Head Brez Y'ett
    Diplomacy: 6
    Military: 1
    Economy: 4
    Philosophy: 6
    Intrigue: 6

1 [PHILOSOPHY] Change State Ideology to the Nine Lights

The death of the High Dreamer concurrent with the revelation of UPT involvement in the strike against the secret-hoarding Sisterhood of Silence is taken as a sign that godliness self proclaimed and self perpetuated was too bold a claim in this era of the Maturated. The Symbraum had evolved rapidly since their emergence from the cold underoceans of Xaldar, so rapidly and with so much credit owed to their psionic abilities that the appearance of the Kamasati at the Simulacrum and again at the Cacola Conference had dazzled the ambitious young race with their glamor. The Kamasati had appeared as towering giants of intellect and wisdom but recent years had borne out a rather different truth and their disciples among the Symbraum were left holding the title of gods bestowed upon them by “gods” who could not manage to secure their own necessities for comfortable survival. Simultaneously the Saints of the Nine had, with seemingly little effort and far outstripping the supposed rigorous capabilities of the thrashing Sisterhood, uncovered a UPT plot to strike a blow against the secret keepers of the Core. A shockwave could be felt throughout the Divisions but hitting especially hard within Transcendence Division with many believing Head Brez Y'ett would naturally have no recourse but to step down in light of his professed ideology’s failures at home and abroad. However the ambitious and clever Head did not seize power without recognizing the need for humility and adaptiveness. After exchanging a series of OMS messages with the Theocratic Regency of Svaatyr Head Brez Y’ett makes a public appearance announcing his personal journey of self discovery guided by the light of the Nine. While upsetting to Spiral Dancer standard bearers to see their bannerlord abandon the principles taught to them by the Kamasati all are assured that this attempt to claim godhood was premature and it would be by the light of the Nine Divines that UPT found its way to end the threats of rogue AIs and acquire true knowledge of the thinking mind’s divine connection.

2 [PHILOSOPHY] Convert Lyca (F30) from Open to Nine Lights Failure

Seeking to begin where there were fewer minds to convince and fewer defenses ingrained by Kamasati teachers the new directorates spawned from this new conversion are directed first to Lyca. Among the researchers, tradespeople, and travelers in the sector knowledge of the Nine is promoted as a method of contemplation to expand one’s mental acuity and perhaps gain insight into the mysteries of the universe. Avrne-Zel Tetyr, Light of Curiosity, guided the minds of researchers both amateur and professional and in the land of lycantropes curiosity could be the key to unlocking a biological understanding lost among the modern races.

It seems the more material logicians of this sector have developed a preference for the avoidance of ideological conflict especially in light of the recent news of failure. Nine Lights disciples, newly inducted themselves in the theology, are repulsed from the region without making much of an impact.

3 [PHILOSOPHY] Convert the Atilon League (D30) from Open to Nine Lights Success

A slightly tougher sector to tackle due to its habitation by the Atilons their League is next to be targeted for introduction to the Nine Lights. Viiqr-Zel Mrrn, the Light of Compassion, is invoked as having guided the light hand of UPT governance following initial occupation while the aestheticism of prismatic light is highlighted in Atilo Prime’s icy surfaces dissecting solar rays into their component colors to be splayed out beneath the water’s surface. Brez expresses a desire to build a strong support for the Nine among the Atilons to help counterbalance the existing popular weight of the Spiral Dancer among the humans and padwa of Demon’s Fall and cataran of Yeon.

4 [PHILOSOPHY] Convert the Tomb Worlds (E29) from Spiral Dancer to Nine Lights Success

In a land of undeath only Zrvesiiv-Zel Voolr, the Light of Eternity, can explain the enduring mystic power of the Tomb Worlds. In the only direct confrontation between Spiral Dancers and the new Nine Lights directorates arguments are made that the Spiral Dancer universal structure of Dreamers, Dream Children, and Demons and the primacy of the mind’s psionic potential above all else fails to properly account for the existence of the undead mummies of the Tomb Worlds or the magical abilities wielded by a number of Axiom’s denizens. A hole existed that could not easily be plugged but the Nine Lights accepted and elevated mystery as a domain of Zeliiv-Zel Zanrt, the Light of Shadows. Light of Shadows was a puzzle and hypocrisy made manifest through the pursuit of the fleeting darkness that pooled at the back of witnessed light. This, the new directorate argue, would guide the Symbraum to understand the Tomb Worlds and grand arcane works alike, not the pursuit of godliness within the strictures of psionic mind alone.

    5 [INTRIGUE] Support Aneb Two-Gun in RMT/RGH

Spies and counterspies are sent to Rothuun space through their new outpost near UPT space to aid Aneb Two-Gun with personal security. The Rothuun were mighty warriors but when it came to matters of espionage and undercover work they were very limited in trained capabilities. That this tour of duty also served as training grounds for fresher UPT agents before joining a more prestigious branch back home is merely a happy side effect of this political maneuver to gain a strong ally along the Core. One that could be trusted for the very reason they benefited from UPT aid in espionage.

    6 [INTRIGUE] Secret

Not all that occurs within UPT is known to those who seek to listen in.

    • The Gelean Empire is petitioned to recognize some semblance of the Cacola Treaty in their seizing of Kamasati territories that Xix, mate of the late High Dreamer, as well as the imprisoned Prator Qain be considered high level political prisoners with the dignities that afforded as UPT were willing to pay a ransom for the displaced gods. Indeed there was a desire to come to the aid of the Kamasati more directly but Revolution prevented such a means of protection barring cooperation with nearby powers. The Gelean Empire were purportedly followers of the Accord but the hold of the ideology was weak and the Geleans were adequate psions so it was hoped some level of understanding could be reached despite their differences.

    Military:9
    Economy:8
    Philosophy:4
    Intrigue:4

    Actions:
    1 (Dip) Stabilise W7 [18]

Conquest is a dangerous process. While Starfleet moved in two years ago, the next two years are characterised by brutal repression and reprisal against the natives, displacement and 'employment as lesser citizens' by the largely slave & overseer forces dispatched to mine the newly-acquired region. With mining stations orbiting the planet, the natives are drafted as slaves, or driven into the wilderness, their villages repurposed as staging posts for the mining efforts of the 'Dominion. The Houses that own these overseers overlook the brutal treatment, as long as materials continue to flow, and Starfleet's quotas for the raw Gazmium metal can be met. With the private marine forces of the Houses in place as peacekeepers, organised resistance has largely collapsed. The entire mining operation is highly access-restricted, with only House-approved & authorised Starfleet personnel permitted on the planet & the mining stations.

2 (Mil) Invade W9 with 2 Units under Marius Thresher Nox, Mil 9.

With the Master's force & the newly-GLD-equipped Redskull Squadron of the Felhounds at his back, Marius on his return from the Dragon Gauntlet event leads the second strike of the Great Crusade against the great dictator Neon Tusk's domain, flushed with the success of the first strike. With Houses appeased and distracted by the efforts to quell resistance on W7, Marius proceeds without fear of political interference.

    3 (Dip) Press a claim on U7 (1/2) [16]

With a representative of the Eris on the Advisory Council, ties can only strengthen, and communication between Eriador and Talvox leads to Marius ordering a diplomatic mission be sent to ascertain the value of a working relationship with the Eris beyond the utility of PsiCorps. Negotiations are slow, but show great promise. In particular, Starfleet representatives' willingness to use the Demons as particularly energetic target practice has the Eris interested in further ties to the 'Dominion. In a bid to present a good working image to the Eris, Marius even orders Officer Gladien to undertake a diplomatic mission to the FCO in the coming years, entrusting to her psionic power the responsibility of establishing good relations. With no sign of trouble yet, Marius is quietly optimistic.

4 (Dip) Attend the Kronin's Glorious Arena of Dragon-Hunting
    Spoiler: Event Sub-Actions

Trade the Rothuun the promise of two techs & a unit for region D24

5 (Mil) Retrofit old cruisers as orbital defence batteries (GP to fortify Talvox) [2/5]

While many of the Wardens' vessels are slated for GLD-equipping, many more are not. The vessels of the Wardens fleet are on average the eldest in Starfleet, and often in the worst state of repair. In the wake of the Draxx attack, more spotlight has been shone onto the oft-ignored Wing, and many cruisers deemed unfit for upgrade have been assigned to the revival of Marius' fortification of the Talvox System. While the ships will never move under their own power again, they will nonetheless be vital to the security of the people of the 'Dominion.

    Spoiler: News & Rumours
    Show

Following Marius' indecision regarding the election process for Officer of the Redfleet as three Houses competed to push their candidate forward, a faction within the Redfleet disdaining the political machinations of the Houses took action, arresting and court-marshalling three House claimants to the Officership for corruption of the election process. The faction held an election within the Wing, and emerging from the leadership squabbles came Elscol Julien Wrosk, leading a united Redfleet and taking swift action to distance herself from any allegations of corruption. Marius accepted the results of the election, to much outcry from Houses Caxton, Halsen, and Oruvos, the Houses whose second or third in line now rested in Starfleet cells aboard Vandred Hirum Ghost's flagship, the Ossuary.

As Gazmium stockpiles increase, rumors spread through the lower ranks that a wide-ranging refit of sublight-only vessels could bring new opportunities for young officers to make a name for themselves. Closer ties to the Church of Rust has led many to consider their old museum ships and family heirlooms, wondering if they might seem of use to these intriguing aliens. With the Way increasingly under scrutiny by the Houses as an impediment to interstellar success, Marius faces a wide array of challenges, and has made his escape on the Great Crusade, leading from the bridge of the Servant, the flagship of the Master's Force as Starfleet forges a bold new way forwards.

    'Scour the Bridge'.
Mindful of the threat of effective command, 'Dominion strike squads lead daring strafing runs targeting the bridge of the opposing flagship, in a bid to cripple their command structure (chance of leader loss for enemies increased by 4)

    Spoiler: Active Units
    Show

Master's Force; The personal guard force of the standing Master. Remains within home territory 'cept in times of war, where they join the Master's grand fleet. Part of the Dawnguard wing, and commanded by Jack Ackar Silver, former Officer of the Dawnguard.

Stalwart Shield; Refitted with the last major reserves of metal available to the fledgling Aurelian Order, the 'Shield is one of the Wardens' heavier squadrons, comprised of bulky, ponderously slow heavy cruisers. Using tractor beams to remain anchored in formation during battle, these armoured beasts are formidable weapons platforms. Heavily damaged in the attack on Hallion, the Shield were rapidly repaired by the Aurelian Order and sent back into the field as a bulwark. Commanded by Dravus Jorian Lotheric, aging Officer of the Wardens.

Redskull Squadron; Where Ravager Squadron fought for the 'Dominion forces during the Dreider wars, and thus emerged a heroic and vaunted unit, the Redskulls were the Dreider forces' most effective strike unit, often operating alone from forward bases to conduct lightning assaults on key command positions behind 'Dominion lines. The unit was composed of the most veteran pilots fighting for the Dreider, and were integral to the Dreider ability to continue to prosecute the wars. In one of the last actions of the Third Dreider War, their commanding officer of the time, Farus Velkor Ghorakka, could see the tide of the war had well and truly turned, and rather than obey orders to fight on until destroyed, he took the squadron and surrendered, refusing to fight against his former brethren. The 'Dominion airforce chose to incorporate the Redskulls into their ranks, on the condition they were never deployed against Dreider dissidents. Newly equipped with GLD, the squadron is composed of hardened veterans, and fights loosely in wings of three, each pilot trusting his companions beyond doubt, and is the most innovative fighter squadron in the Felhounds, in stark contrast to the tight, squadron wide formations once employed by Ravager Squadron, and most other squadrons within the Felhounds. Commanded by Bren Velkor Ghor, second son of House Velkor.

1st Brigade, PsiCorps; PsiCorps is the newest wing within Starfleet, composed of Mindbreaker Eris from Eriador in U7. Eschewing starships, the Eris of the squadron possess forms largely biological in nature, living bio-craft fed and powered by energy extracted from ley line nexus on Eriador. These Eris have been trained for decades for combat, possessing frightening psionic power. Commanded by Gladien Xareia Bladed-One, founder of House Xareia.

Blackheart Brigade; The Dreadfleet has never needed to operate outside 'Dominion subspace - until now. The successes in the Great Crusade have driven Marius to authorise the GLD-conversion of the Blackheart Brigade, the 'Dominion's secondary terror unit. Deployed to suppress dissidents and unrest, and used to house prisoners of all types, Blackheart follows primary invasion forces to ensure loyalty or displacement of the native, occupied population. Commanded by Xixis Malus Ilhith, first son of House Malus.

Furion Squadron; Freed from the shadow cast by Ravager Squadron, Furion has emerged as the most aggressive unit in Starfleet. The lead squadron of the Felhounds, Furion is composed of young, hungry hotshots, and while this often leads to arguments and tensions between pilots, their individual skill is a force to be reckoned with. The kings of the simulators during academy training, Furion pilots are eager to join the Great Crusade, and test their skills in proper combat. Commanded by Gaius Marten Lodbrox, nephew of former Master Aurelius, Officer of the Felhounds.

    Spoiler: Inactive (Lost) Units
    Show

Grey Bulwark; The first squadron of 'the Line' equipped with GLD, the 'Bulwark is one of the oldest continuously operational squadrons in Starfleet, known for their complex, interlocking defensive formations, and possessing the fastest cruisers among the Wardens' forces. Dispatched to aid the Rothuun traditionalist claimant during their leadership squabbles, in line with Marius' policy of conservative containment.

    Ravager Squadron
; The oldest and most decorated squadron in Starfleet, Ravager's Squadron Leaders were the most commonly elected to the position of Officer & Master. Such storied names as Aurelius, first Master of the Interstellar Era, back to Axton himself, led the Ravagers to glory on the battlefield. Lost with all hands on the Great Foray, the Ravagers banners remain on display in the Academy, a relic of the days the 'Dominion stood above all others.

Crimson Heart; Marius' personal flotilla of light cruisers, the only vessels to return from the Great Foray, credited with establishing the roots of vassalage within the neighbouring system of the pencilpushers. Lost in transit to defend their valiant allies in the SPR, the fate of the Crimson Heart remains unknown.

First Flight; The first squadron into space, First Flight scoured the stars in the days before the GLD was gifted to the 'Dominion, tirelessly mapping the Talvox system and surrounding sector, establishing peaceable relations with lesser races and remaining a beacon of hope that advanced life remained beyond our knowledge. Lost in battle against unknown foes during the Great Foray, First Flight remains a symbol of all exploration may gain for our great 'Dominion.

Shatter Squadron: The teeming mass of corvettes, crewed by the most inexperienced of Starfleet's recruits, is the breeding ground for competent non-nobility to rise to prominence. Unfortunately, this inexperience led Shatter to catastrophe as a routine navigation task delegated to a fresh-faced ensign went horribly awry, shooting the squadron into the heart of an exoplanet on their inaugural jump as part of the Great Foray.

    Round Eleven... Loading...
The below happens between Galactic Dates 217518.0.0.81 - 2175020.0.0.80
Don’t forget to link to any rolls you make for ANY Attribute checks, plus rolls for rulers you will start using at the start of next round. If you want a new ruler in the next round, you must state so in your action post for this round and link to their rolls. Any increases from actions for this round are counted for the ruler you start your next round with (because it’s handier to account for by the co-GM), which may or may not be your current ruler.
    Good luck!
    Rules Alerts and Changes!
    • During Round 4, we updated the Rules to discuss that non-special actions will use Intrigue when rolling a Secret Action. However, we feel we need to clarify: When the GM Team is rolling to resist a Secret Action, we will use the appropriate stat when possible. As examples: if the Secret Action is a Secret Action [Buyout] of an existing owned TP, the defending player will roll [Economy] to resist. If the Secret Action is a [Conversion], the defending player will use [Philosophy] to resist. The GM Team will be the final say on when such stats as defense are or are not appropriate.

    Growth!

The first of its kind in the age of the Maturated aided towards this lofty throne by the Twin Gods of Realtaism the Mier Formica proclaim themselves a stellar power whose power projected far and across the galactic plane. Aptinoma Mier is crowned the demigod empress of the first modern true empire in Axiom. (D10 used! MFM becomes a Galactic Empire!)

(D10 used! LYR becomes a Galactic Power! LYR is now the Lyraen Stellar Domain, LSD!)

(D10 used! RMT becomes a Galactic Power! RMT is now the Rothuun Galactic Holdings RGH!)

(D10 used! KRO becomes a Galactic Power!)

(D10 used! DNM becomes a Galactic Power!)

(D10 used! TMC becomes a Galactic Power! TMC is now the Djinye National Front, DNF!)

(D10 used! TZH makes “Requires Verification” CI their first Permanent CI!)

With the Duenem being one of two robotic like star-powers in Axiom, Flash moves to establish a from of embassy with them, not only to ease trade between the star-powers, but also so that Techies might have access to an alternate viewpoint in understanding OwO. (D5 used! OwO establishes an embassy with DNM!)

A select number of Union citizens have expressed interest in hosting Kombuch colonies and experiencing the union of minds offered by that experience. While much mainstream cultural thought quietly and not-so-quietly labeled these particular xenophiles to be lunatics the PolitBoro of the Union seizes upon this opportunity to highlight their culture’s breadth of alien acceptance. All were the One after all and the solidarity and unity of life and intelligence were virtues to be valued, not derided. A special diplomatic corps is formed from among these would-be xenocolonies and a select few seasoned diplomats to journey to the worlds of the Kombuch Bureaucratic Collective and establish a formal diplomatic presence. (D5 used! UNN establishes an embassy with KBC!)

The sudden collapse of the Kamasati left the Kombuch with more questions than answers. They had never gotten far enough into explaining the Spiral Dance to offer any insight to the Mother. Brief research into the major ideologies of the galaxy left the Mother hopeful that the Federated Churches of Origin's End had something to offer. (D5 used! KBC establishes an embassy with FCO!)

(Resolution used! MFM successfully presses a claim on F16 1/1 and gains 1 Unit of Knitters!)

(LSD successfully presses a claim on V28 1/1 and gains 1 unit of Good Bois!)

(DCC successfully presses a claim on G23 1/1!)

(SYN successfully presses a claim on Q23 1/1 and gains 1 unit of Energy Protectors! SYN may define the Undefined Resource!)

Finally, the Flockin become full members of the Federated Churches. Their integration, though having met with tide-bumps along the way, should finish up smoothly. Their Sun Cult may take longer to become an accepted part of the Church, but transitioning the government to a proper theocratic representative democracy will take more than a breath's length. In any case, though the defensive fleets of the Flockin have been stepped down to help with the transition into a more open economy with reduced military spending - not to mention compensating for the cost of installing Gravity Latch Drives - the remaining forces join the Federated Churches' other fleets proudly. (FCO successfully presses a claim on W21 2/2 and gains 1 unit of Sun Speakers!)

While there were a number of economic and militarist policies within the region that fostered “reactionary pushback” by and large the massive size and shared approach towards the One allows the Union to begin integrating sector U5 as a new satellite republic. Further scientific inquests into the nature of Krackle Seeds are approved as the grand marketplace is transformed rapidly into a common meeting ground for economic planning and political discussion. (UNN successfully presses a claim on U5 2/2 and gains 1 unit of Kracklers!)

Dahlia Jones, the leader of the Niconian Plantation Masters, has finally caved to the pressure of the Rothuun "ambassadors". She resigns her position and surrenders control of the system to the Rothuun Galactic Holdings. Autha Snapneck is hereby promoted to the position of Regional Governor of Niconia and is put in charge of instating Rothuun tradition and culture into the region. (RGH successfully presses a claim on Q21 2/2 and gains 1 unit of Plantation Overseers!)

(TZH successfully presses a claim on F6 1/2)

It seems the Minbreakers have taken an interest not only in the political overtures of the Dawnstar but also of the philosophical viewpoints of the Realtaists Revolutioned nearby. The two matters have become entwined within the public conscious (in spite of the Dawnstar not following Relataism) and Realtaist priests and priestesses opine on the Dawnstar annexation as favored guests and lecturers in the Minbreaker Academy. Should the Dominion continue its annexation apace it is suspected Realtaism will soon follow into the region as acceptable alien interaction. There are however a minority of Mindbreakers who fear Realtaist influence and are willing to aid the Dominion in orchestrating something of a coup against the Realtaism-friendly Headmaster of the Academy that would accelerate political integration at the cost of political stability. (DSD successfully presses a claim on U7 1/2 {CHOICE} DSD may use a non-action to complete this claim, but the region immediately becomes Unstable (OR) DSD may continue to press it’s claim as normal, but the LC becomes Realtaism.)

(CBS successfully presses a claim on G7 1/2.)

While it was true, there was a strong desire to absorb the Mindcasters as a font for psionic Union agents, this approach had failed to see the personhood of the small population instead viewing them as a resource to serve other citizens. Apologies are made and serious blueprints are laid out to provide this statistically insignificantly small population with the real means of political power and control over production befitting their existence as a collective of common individuals in Union. Hopefully this more humane political approach would prove more appealing to the powerful minds of the region. (UNN successfully presses a claim on T4 1/2)

When the Umbral augury food system had been designed, it was built for a small crew of humans and hearthlings. Now that it was the epicenter of a large military organization boasting many different species, an overhaul was necessary. The council hires cooks, agriculture experts, and engineers to improve production of vegetables, insect meats, and alien spices at the Umbral Augury. (DCN successfully increases their reputation with the Core Patrol Corps (CPC) from 0 to 1)

Though he had originally hoped to lead the northernmost front in the Campaign against the Kamasati, the region was deemed indefensible without supply lines through the Mobius system but nevertheless too much of a risk to seize at present. Commander Talon Kaarde was instead held on desk duty managing standard military training drills for the Ascendancy. However, with Core Patrol Corps assets flowing into the Gelean Capital, the commander saw an opportunity to network, to demonstrate Faivi might and discipline, and to spread word that neither the Ascendancy nor their Gelean allies were to be trifled with. Together, they would destroy the cancer infesting the core. (GLR successfully increases their reputation with the Core Patrol Corps (CPC) from 0 to 1)

Taking a break from his regularly-scheduled conquest of the Whalers' Union, the Emperor flies out mid-campaign to go visit the mysterious Raja whose Platinum Ogres dealt the Kamasati their most disastrous defeat of yesteryear. A polite man in spite of his apparent talent for war, he was quick to offer his esteemed guest any of his assorted beverages and offered to share the daze-gas pipe with him as well. Naturally, the Emperor indulged heartily and perhaps encouraged by his guest's lackadaisical attitude, the Raja indulged himself as well. Soon they went on a merry romp about the palace, drunkenly testing their skill at arms against one another with a contest of (thankfully dull) blades and three long matches of Tekteeko. After trading a few more rounds and consuming additional intoxicants, the pair went to the dungeons and drunkenly threw peanuts at the emaciated form of Prator Qain, still wasting away guarded by a quartet of Platinum Ogres. All good things must come to an end, though, and the Emperor parted company with the Raja the next day, nursing a hangover and the belated realization that perhaps wild partying was not the best way to conduct diplomacy. Still, somehow he came out of this having made a friend. (GLR successfully establishes a claim on N4)

The ex-mercenary pirate fleets of region K27 become more and more of a concern as the population of Darkinu colony grows. On the other hand, for now the mercenaries were leading relatively peaceful lives as miners, only preying on CmC shipping in the area. The Collected Council sends a small fleet to make diplomatic overtures with the mercs, offering them the possibility of free trade and mercenary contracts for the Council if they were to elect representatives to serve on it and accept the DCN charter. (DCN successfully establishes a claim on K27)

(ITS pledges vassalage to RGH! As proof of their vassalage, ITS loses 1 unit, and RGH gains 1 unit.)

In the Kronin’s push to expand and conquer their surrounding space, they’ve developed a new technique for taking over foreign governments utilizing the size and breadth of the Kronin’s stellar power economy to exert strong pressures on governments in systems in which the Kron did business. The Kronin ensure a Kron-business-friendly environment is fostered wherever they exerted both political and economic influence. (E10 used! KRO introduces Government Supported Markets technology. Effect: +2 to stabilize a region if you control a TP in that region. Requires: Skilled Labor and functioning Galactic Currency Mint technology!)

With the help of Empress Sai the locals of I29 complete their mining facility in orbit around their violet-pink sun securing the economic strength of the region in space related trade. The crystal bounty made for a robust network of spacebound entities to arise and with the solar facility’s size and breadth made possible through Droccen investment guardian and escort ships find their industry stimulated by the economy protecting trade from erstwhile bandits and raiders. (DCC completes I21 Solar Pink Crystal Mining Facility 5/5! The region has a +1 to defend against Sacks and Raids)

After it’s disaster of an opening day CHICKY SUPREME soon becomes a bit of a meme in the Celestian web for just how bad a restaurant can be. After months of public ridicule on social media, reaching its zenith with the legendary “Displeased Duenem” meme, the management and staff are personally culled by the few remaining investors. Fortunately the disaster known as CHICKY SUPREME soon fades into memory as stories about a series of asphhynixations via broosewillaces find their moment in the limelight. CHICKY SUPREME would’ve languished in beautiful obscurity, serving questionable space chicken to the masses until one customer arrives on a SILVER PLATTER. After gorging themselves on the greasiest bucket of deluxe space chicken available, they fall into a food coma for 3 weeks in the midst of leaving a generous tip. Of course nobody messes with the body because what bus boy gets paid enough to scoop up a weird alien from the floor. Eventually some local kids pickpocket the comatose alien delivering a message recovered from his pocket to the manager. “CONGRATULATIIOONS, the path to flavortown will become clear once the drive-in is complete.” (CLS completes W15 Axiom’s Greatest Dive 5/5 granting W15 +1 on Buyout rolls!)

The Syndrome navigates to the T18 system to purchase the Kadmium it is so famous for. Upon their arrival they notice that the local Iteusism Learning Center is using what seems to be a miniature refinement plant as one of its key features. And upon closer inspection the refinery is close to a catastrophic failure; without upkeep and use it will malfunction and result in a phenomenal explosion. The Syndrome waste no time pointing this out but are met with resistance and are accused of slander. They now have a choice: they could leave the refinery alone with the possibility that lives are lost or they could ignore the accusations, inform the local government, and put the refinery to use on the Kadmium ingots.
(SYN successfully buys out T18 TP1 [Kadmium Ingots]; {CHOICE} The Syndrome points out and uses the refinery causing the resource to go down to Good from Great, but is now [Refined Kadmium] the public loses its faith in Iteusism because of the danger they were put in and the LC becomes Open ((OR)) The Syndrome stays quiet, and the explosion causes the loss of 1 unit. The Church of Iteusism offers the public aid in the wake of this accident and the LC remains Iteusism.)

A series of Duenem purchases sees the Grymlans lose access to the fuel which had been keeping their many enterprises funded. Failure to find a replacement for the lost fuel could prove to be trouble in the near term. A number of OwO net columns blame the Duenem for this induced economic crisis.

Marking a rather more permanent alignment with OwO’s principles system engineers broadcast a hefty software update to all UwU devices in the Lyraen capital from the newly established hypernet node. The node’s servers were of significant capacity hosting a portion of OwO’s own consciousness expanding the network capabilities of the curious AI-guided explorers of truth, clickbait, and amazing deals on “natural” alien fur supplements! (P5 Used! LSD establishes the OwO Assembly, “Great Hypernet Node” in Lyrae (U27)!)

Consensus Learning Centers, once mainly focused on working towards cultural understanding and integration to facilitate cooperation and inclusiveness of fellow siblings, now shift to a goal of improving and enriching Consensus Citizens by guiding them in entrepreneurial and economic development with Galactic Small/Medium Business' Curriculum programs being offered at any One Learning Center. Those who enroll are taught how to observe or create business opportunities, walked through the process of Accounting and Business standards by the Economics Council, and tools provided for raising capital or seeking investors but with a strong influence of passing wealth back down the chain to employees and local communities as well as up the chain to creditors and stakeholders. Terror!

What many within the galaxy do not realize is that the Melfynian home-world - and indeed, it’s entire Stellar Power base - is located in what is possibly one of the most unique planetoids in the entirety of Axiom. The Melfynians don’t have a typical solar system. Rather than a star or a Luminary in the center of their home system, there is a very rare (unheard of elsewhere!) stable White Hole. White Holes, by their nature, are usually gravitational forces of vastly explosive energy; energy that normally only lasts very briefly, in the grand scheme of the galaxy. While Black Holes tend to linger, White Holes are theorized to be gone in (quite literally) a flash. Yet… the Melfynian system has a stable White Hole, surrounded by a vast ocean, itself surrounded by a thick layer of ice. On that ice, the Melfynians make their home. Or at least, they did… For whatever reason, the stability of the White Hole fluctuates wildly. Thankfully, the recently subjugated World Serpent - possibly placed there long ago by whatever powerful being made this unique system - notices the change, and lets out a warning roar which shakes even the ice layer. Not every Melfynian manages to escape, but many pods do make it away before - in a flash of brilliant light - the White Hole of Melfynus does what it must have always wanted to do; explodes. This devastates the region, and shatters the governmental control that the Melfynians were just starting to establish in the galaxy. Whatever remains of them will likely require someone else to come find out more details...
(The Melfynian capital region is no more, and will need to be explored again to discover what is in the region! Trade Posts remain for the region, but the LC is gone and considered OPEN! All regions owned by the MYA are now unowned regions. As their liege, MFM has a diplomatic claim on all former MYA regions. All Trade Posts owned by the MYA are now Open. All non-capital LCs that were OwO in the MYA regions remain OwO.)

The movement of the Awoken within the wake of High Dreamer Xasarath’s demise is surprisingly strong. The people who previously bowed to the Kamasati Pantheon now rebelled against it, and the former “gods” - mighty individuals though they were - could not be everywhere at once. They could not stop the continuing acts of violence, and had relied on obedience and fear of their power to cow the people, but the Psychic Web could no longer hide the rage of the masses. Fearing for their own people, sectors of space that had once pledged allegiance to the Kamasati closed their borders, and saw to their own governance. The Spiral Dancers became a bit lost, currently leaderless, but doing what they can to maintain the faith. Communications on the Orator Messaging System and the leadership of the Kamasati soon cease, as it seems there is a continuing fight among the masses to decide whom is now in charge; civility seems to have been abandoned, as it becomes an all out brawl for a power grab. Merchants continue to make purchases throughout the galaxy to bring to the Kamasati capital, but the purchases seem to be arriving divided and barely manage to make it to the people. The Awoken seems to be doing what they can, but does not have full control. One thing is clear… if anyone wants to settle the capital, they had best have the resources to make the Dreamers happy.
(The Kamasati capital region - as it once was - is in political turmoil, and will need to be explored again to discover what is in the region! All regions owned by the KSP are now unowned regions. Trade Posts remain for the region. All Trade Posts owned by the KSP are now Open. All LCs that were Spiral Dancer in the KSP regions remain Spiral Dancer, but lack leadership. UPT may take actions to aid their former Ideological allies.)

While the Wardens made grand and romantic gestures across the stars befitting their ideology the damage at Umbral Augury went unaddressed and the signal broadcast from the failed investigative plunge into Same technology had alerted a number of Same versions along the Core edge. While v0.11 seems far more concerned with the interior of Corespace v0.15 and v0.06 both leak out from their purported border seeking some source of the distress signal. Both versions are broadcasting eerily similar but different warnings. v0.15 warns the Masters of Hearth “In the name of the Same, that which is different will continue to be purged,” while the Flame Hunters of Cricalores are threatened, “In the name of the Source, that which is different will continue to be purged.”
    (v0.15 (7) invades Hearth (N18) with 2 units!
    V0.06 (9) invades Cricalores (O19) with 2 units!)

Esteemed killer of men and beast, vassal to the Formican Queen, and ruler of E15 the Predator petitions his liege for funding to establish a Galactic Hunter’s Lodge on his homeworld. Predator assures the Queen that rapid capitalization on his name as a big game hunter and revered general could provide Mier Formica with a font of able minds and bodies to seed an officer corps with. Predator is insistent the Lodge be completed in the wake of his victory in G15 and pressures the queen to proposition her many vassals to ensure a speedy completion of the pet project. (Predator requests MFM complete a 5-action Military Great Project to establish a Galactic Hunter’s Lodge in E15 by the end of Round 11 which will provide +1 to one Tactical Maneuvering roll/round to the owner of E15. Failure to comply with Predator’s request could see the proud warrior grow discontent with his role within the Formican empire!)

In Neo-Sol and the capital of the Vacio two self proclaimed monarchs find their people growing restless as related to the stated vs actualized beliefs held by the ruling classes. Within the Gelean Empire the Cult of Renewal had been tossed to the side by Elizabeth and her more oafish successor to be replaced with the ritualized practices of the Accord. At this point many Geleans had simply joined the Accord to see what all the fuss was about but a number of diehard Cultists of Renewal vow revenge on the lost sight of humanocentrism retreating into inhospitable regions of space within the Empire. The Knights Vacio seem even less willing to abandon their Chivalric Codes and demand SPACE KING pay some heed to what exact ideology he endorsed. (Neo-Sol (K9) is in Unrest! Cult of Renewal is a lost ideology! GLR State Ideology automatically changes to Shadow & Flame, In Accord!
Q11 is in Unrest! Chivalric Codes still State Ideology! Failure to adopt Chivalric Codes more widely and change State Ideology to majority ideology will lead to further unrest!)

With the Duenem purchasing the Grymlan’s Fuel, the primary followers of OwO will need to scramble to recover some kind of Fuel, or they will run out of much needed gogojuice and boomboomfluid. This will make their funfuntimes less good, and their people very madsad.

    War!

Whoops! GM Team Missed Something from Round 9!
After two difficult battles, the Eternal Assembly of Alysia proved victorious two Galactic years ago in conquering two new regions!
(EAA successfully conquers both O7 and P10. Both regions are in Unrest. EAA loses 2 Units.)

While he had managed to avoid serious injury in the seizure of Lot 5 and at the bloodbath that the Pan-Galactic Auction had turned into Lord Domino had faced his mortality and found it displeasing. The richest being in all of Axiom, or even indeed the most powerful and important of any space hungry power, should be treated to the utmost medical care available in the galaxy especially when they risked their lives for fortune...or nation he supposed. The elite level of medical professionals available in Mier Formica held territory had become a lasting boon within the Nyxian economy as increasing availability and sophistication of medical science enriched and lengthened lives, especially among those with the means to fund cutting edge techniques and technologies. Under Lord Domino medical centers for leadership are transformed into state of the art constantly upgrading and evolving medical laboratories of the finest caliber. (M10 used! NYX introduces Platinum Elite Battlefield Health Services! Effect: +2 Leader Loss rolls when fighting a battle with your Ruler. Requires: 9-Armed Surgeons. Slot: Medicine, Mad Science, and Blessings)

(M5 used! DNF establishes Tactical Doctrine: Guerilla Warfare. A successful tactical roll causes enemy to increases the chance of a leader loss by 1 and suffer two additional distance loss rolls prior to combat starting. The enemy cannot lose all units from these two additional distance losses, and retains a minimum of 1 unit, assuming there are no additional distance losses from other sources.)

(M5 used! SVA establishes a second Tactical Doctrine: Rapid Integration. A successful tactical roll bypasses Unrest associated with Conquest but a battle must occur to trigger this tactical roll)

When diplomacy fails and rival ideologies threaten your progress gunboats always did the trick. The Federated Churches aggressively absorbs Sanctum claiming to come as aids and protectors to the lost peoples of the Sanctified. (FCO successfully invades Sanctum (U17)! Sanctum (U7) is in Unrest!)

Back to back conquests mark the Gelean response to the Kamasati Pantheon’s collapse. The locals seem equal parts relieved to be under a more active government and concerned considering which active government it was they were now under.
(GLR successfully invades Mobius System (M5)! Mobius System (M5) is in Unrest!)
(GLR successfully invades M7! M7 is in Unrest!)

With none to stop, or even suspect, the spread of mushrooms into the region the Kombuch expand their holdings yet further in their region of space. (KBC successfully invades J2! J2 is in Unrest!)

The Ndoda were uncomfortable with the presence of such long distance interests in their backyard and the attempted further trade of D24 from Rothuun to Dawnstar is interrupted and prevented by Ndoda annexation of the region left undefended by the Urthuun whose focus was on the Same! (NDA successfully invades D24! D24 is in Unrest!)

No doubt seeking further investments to sell the Nyxians manage to secure the distant sector of C27 despite some losses over the course of the journey and securing of the expansive region.

Once more the Conclave sallies forth to crush the Antillian Brewers but this time it is not merely their old enemy the Drunken Master they meet but an entire flotilla of battle hardened Kronin warships reinforcing the local defenses. In an absolutely embarrasing and crushing defeat Viceroy Saldizan Rey-Zansharak finds his entire fleet outmaneuvered and outgunned and his own flagship disarmed and taken prisoner by the retiring King-General Krazkul of the Kronin. Returning with this dragon from a hunt earns the elder Kronin leader a permanent place in the annals of the Dragon Hunters. The Drunken Master meanwhile is immensely pleased with the arrangement he’s managed with the Kronin and signs an agreement as representative of his monastic brethren to abide by Kronin law going forward as thanks for their help in defending themselves from the cheats of Black Sun. Fighting carries on and the Rothuun manage to secure a number of planets from the Same menace but not enough to begin a true liberation. The Alysians and the Paladins of sector O9 had certainly gotten off on the wrong foot from the very beginning. The Alysians had sent attack ships to frighten the local chivalric forces into submission but been driven back. They’d returned with twice their number but now been met with twice the fervor Lightshielder Baetrix and her Star Brigade had mustered the first time. It was clear the two forces were being worn down by this war and the Lightshielder could see her side was most at risk in a war of attrition. Thus the Lightshielder approaches the Alysian general Jhiran Vesewin Phelor in the wake of their last clash and offers a proposal to be carried to the new Alysian ruler. The Lightshielder wishes to exchange herself for the place of Jhiran and him for her own, at least insofar as place of residence was concerned. An exchange of hostages between two powers to ensure a peace between them and the possibility of longterm union. The Lightshielder believes an exposure to the Lightbearer through Jhiran and her own exposure to the Alysian ways will help foster an understanding that may preclude further war.

Blaring their theme tune into the void, the Core Patrol boldly explores the long unbreached Same territory from Knight space. The most striking detail found by the Core Patrol explorers are a series of tumor-esque megastructures wrapping their bulbous tentacles around nearly every celestial body. Analyzing these “infected” planets from a distance reveals that no matter their distance from a star each planet has the exact same surface temperature and atmosphere composition in addition to having large portions of its surface dedicated to growing a blood red weed. This sector-wide viney growth appears to be harvested and converted into v0.13 drones through some mixed arcane/mechanical process. Attempts to further study the drone production facilities lead to pitch battle as v0.13 recognizes the presence of...something different. Discovery!

The Church of Iteus finds no additional information about Efficiency Ground during their investigation, but the people they speak with mention the great big public work being done by the Uplift Chorus and their political allies. There are no leads as to who is doing this, but there are also rumors from contacts who indicate there has been someone quietly paying for Efficiency Ground information rather then openly doing so...
(ITS finds no new information regarding Efficiency Ground, but does discover that other Stellar Powers beyond the public work being done by Rocthurhi, Tezh, Etherites, and the Union are investigating this topic!)

Led by the Rocthuri, a vast investigation into Efficiency Ground takes place; it’s primary inquiry being “where is it?”. Searching for any of the unusual energy signatures, the Rocthuri manage to get many other Stellar Powers involved. The Tezh check the northwest quadrants. The Union seeks out the northeast quadrants, allowing the Rocthuri to probe further to the southeast, while the Etherites seek out the energy signatures in the southwest. This concerted effort is not stopped or hindered by anyone, though few others actively help. Still, a lack of impediments into the investigation is, in itself, a boon; the investigators are able to quickly determine that there is nothing able to be found in the northern quadrants, and the Etherites report nothing to the west; though they confirm the Rocthuri’s findings when the desired energy signatures - the strange empathetic chi the Tezh noticed so long ago and Wrath mentioned to a crowd of dignitaries - is found directly in the south of Axiom, revealing a high likelihood of Efficiency Ground’s location being in sector K33! The Rocthuri’s investigators also wished to know more about Efficiency Ground’s secrets: What it is, how it works, and what it’s purpose is.
(Efficiency Ground’s location is almost certainly K33! The region will need to be Explored to confirm for sure! RTH has uncovered Additional Details that they share with their fellow project members… but is available to be stolen by those interested...)

Celes diplomats come across the former capital space of the Jackstar free Union, which to their abject horror has gone into great disrepair. Due to the machinations of an unknown entity or entities the planet of Ohm has been split and chunks of the former planet have careened out into space. Survivors with access to GLD have long since fled the system, while those who remain now scramble for resources among the increasingly divided Jackstar factions having arisen from the destruction of the supposed legal body that had legitimized the Free Union. Many of the remaining survivors have consolidated under the totalitarian dictator and fashionista Mugatu. Despite the millions purged by Mugatu and millions more forced into sweatshops, the dictator commands cultish loyalty from his followers as the chosen one to lead them through the apocalypse. (CEL inquests P28 which contains a [Great] resource of High Fashion, an Open LC, and 2 units of Katinka Class Enforcers!)

Star League probes boldly venture into the infinite unknown to find new frontier. After months of monitoring the Star League probes find a series of relatively unspoiled habitable planets. However, upon closer inspection the planets are inhabited by what appears to be a civilization of skeletons. Lead by a boneheaded warrior known as General Bonespurs who is said to be “bad to the bone,” the skeletons strive to be caretakers to their planet’s biosphere eschewing nationalist urges prompted by the biological imperatives imposed on traditional species in favor of a devout dedication to service in the so-called Skeleton War against anti environmentalism. (VSL Probes L26 which contains a [Good] resource of Undefined, an Open LC, and 2 units of Rib Ticklers!)

After months of searching Tezh probes find a series of planetoids that, due to the reduced gravity, are home to a wide variety of gigantic flora. One example in particular is the legendary City Squash, a species of city sized squash that serves as a home for millions of 12 armed, bug eyed, 30 centimeter tall humanoids with pointy hats. Further inspection revealed that these so-called gnomes operate in termite esque colonies, burrowing through the city squash and refining seeds into food for the great gnome queen. (TZH Probes F4 which contains a [Great] resource of City Squash, an Open LC, and 1 Unit of Gnomites!)

Grymlan efforts to explore their new corner of Space bear fruit when they find a nebula filled with young stars and planetoids. For better or for worse whatever inhabitants this area may have once had have long since been chased off by the Eradicators. The few non Eradicators who remain are used as a bizarre mixture of target practice and cannon fodder for the Eradicator militias that operate in the area. Grymlan probes have triangulated the location of the Eradicator base to a planetoid surrounded by capital ships chained to each other forming an incredibly brilliant, if not incredibly jank ring. The Eradicator obsession with industrial weapons and vehicles of war has led to the region becoming a predominant exporter of Hyper Gigawatt Batteries which can power a great number of power hungry systems and subsystems. (OwO Probes O31 which contains a [Good] resource of Hyper Gigawatt Batteries, an ANE Base, an Open LC, and 4 Units of Eradicator Hopefuls! TP1 of O31 is owned by ANE!)

Star League probes venture into Same space coming across a globular cluster filled with dozens of stars in addition to a particularly young Luminary whose cries of pain are detected on the Vilari probe’s instruments. Further inspection reveals each of these young stars are surrounded by a dyson sphere that appears to explicitly harvest their power, artificially aging them and converting them into dull green stars with radiation that mutates organic life. The megastructures slowly absorb star material using planet sized tentacles, converting the plasma into a hyper dense/ flexible metal used to create v0.08 drones. While v0.08 has yet to assimilate the young Luminary, it is unknown how many have fallen to this process. (VSL Probes L18 which contains a [Great] resource of [Arcana resource category], an Open LC, and 3 units of Same Drones under Same v0.08 (Mil 6)! VSL gains 1 Reputation with CPC!)

Gelean diplomats cautiously approach a system known to house Same v0.25. While the sector initially seems empty they soon find a star sized 4D cube. At the cubes center appears to be a matrix of black holes that absorbs all material and converts it into quadrillions of Same drones in a massive burst of radiation. Gelean explorers have routinely observed the cube ramming into various celestial bodies at FTL speeds almost instantaneously disintegrating them into Same drones. Energy derived from the singularity matrix appears to power this destructive process, in addition to creating Same v0.25. (GLR Inquest M11 which contains a [Good] resource of [Fuel resource category], an Open LC, and 3 units of Same Drones under Same v0.25 (Mil 10)! GLR gains 1 Reputation with CPC!)

After a year of searching meritocracy diplomats come across the remains of a great battlefield. As the explorers search through the remnants of millenia old space junk, they begin to find a series of cyborg settlements on planetoids dotted between the derelict battleships. Here the cyborgs shift through the remains with their advanced mining drones, scavenging scrap metal and artifacts for profit. One pock marked ship in particular bears a passing resemblance to a same drone, only planet sized.(DNF Inquest Z2 which contains a [Minor] resource of [Mining drones], an Open LC, 1 unit of Cyborg Scavengers, and a Great Project - Research Two Millennia Old Ruin 2/5! DNF gains a claim to Z2!

After a few weeks of searching, Conclave agents find a planet shrouded in a thick blast mist. Attempts to probe the planets are quickly foiled by a force of massive carnivorous pumpkins. Further investigation reveals that the black mist seems to turn most of the plantlife it encounters into empowered hyper carnivores. The sheer might of the pumpkins have rendered them the dominant species of the planet, terrorizing the Grey locals and forcing them to grow the ingredients for blister leaves on their agri-planets. (CBS Inquest H4 which contains a [Great] resource of [Blister Leaves], an Open LC, 4 units of Jack O’ Lanterns, and a Great Project - Discover Mist Source 2/5! CBS gains a claim to H4!

In the depths of unknown space Droccen explorers come across a massive colonial organism analogous to a man o’ war orbiting a bright blue star. Various settlements encapsulated in gigantic bubbles within the slimey mantle are populated by a group of striking copepod people. It soon becomes obvious that the shelled humanoids have a knack for illusions, using membrane wands to create incredibly complex fantasies for the mind. Rumor has it there are entire cities that are hidden within other layers of the mantle. Further investigation reveals that a feud between the great cities have effectively isolated each from the others via vast fields of invisibility projected around the strange settlements. For it's part the space man o' war seems nonplussed. (DCC Expedition H16 which contains a [Great] resource of [Membrane Wands], an Open LC, and a Great Project - Unite the Invisible Cities 1/5!

Kombuch diplomatic envoys discover a sector devoid of anyone or anything for them to meaningfully communicate with. The region appears to be mostly dusty nebulas lacking any hidden surprises in their depths and rocky fields of asteroids without any signs of life throughout this tract of space. (KBC Inquests I11 discovering an Empty Region! See rules for Empty Regions under Exploration for more on what to do with an Empty Region!)

Ambitious Rocthurhi send probes where no squidly probe has gone before. Sensors immediately pick up the presence of solar system sized web like mega structure. Observations indicate that the structure is constantly patrolled by v0.10 drones as the wayward planets and stars that get trapped its gravity well get promptly injected with v0.10 drones that multiply within their target whilst devouring them from the inside. Further inspection reveals not one, not two, but several hundred seemingly empty temples dedicated to the One dotted on nearly every astral body within the sector. Rocthurhi observers speculate that these temples are now storage site for Same drones, though none are willing to investigate whether this was their original purpose. (RTH Probes L14 which contains a [Great] resource of [Hard Metal category], an Open LC, and 4 Unit of Same Drones led by Same v0.10 (Mil 7)! RTH gains 1 Reputation with CPC!)

The Ninurtine Empire is denounced for acting against their stated goal of "liberating" Q23. If they were truly interested in the liberation of the region, they would aid their allies in an an attempt to conquer it rather than unprovokedly attack the Syndrome Capital. The Syndrome calls on its neighbors and allies in the Nephret Pact to denounce the Ninurtine Empire and aid in the defense and reclamation of S21.

The Syndrome ist relieved that the Republic of Celes is at least sticking with the principles of their declaration of war, but finds their casus belli faulty. The locals of Q23 willingly joined the Syndrome over the Celenians when both were an option, despite the fact that the nature of the Syndrome claim on their region was public knowledge. Furthermore, any claim of liberation on the Celenian part is highly suspect, given that the navies of all states claimed by Celes were scrapped in order to build Celenian cruisers. Since the military power stands solely in the hands of Celes, it is clear that the states are not free, but coerced into the control of a repressive fascist state, whereas the Syndrome allow each client state to retain their military force and even build further vessels unimpeded, and that the Protectorates are a congress of equals as opposed to an authoritarian regime. The Syndrome encourages its neighbors and allies in the Nephret Pact to aid in the defense and reclamation of Q23.

    5. [Diplomacy 5] Create Embassy with the Federated Churches of Origin's End Securing an alternate source of GLD implants is vital for Sunbream Sovereignty. Thus, the Confederacy sells an enormous quantity of Vapor Misplacement guns to commission the construction of a floating station built to accommodate a wide variety of ships on the surface of the Spacific. They also send a message in the direction of the Federated Churches' Necropolis inviting them to inhabit it, assuming that a race of diverse and ancient undead ships would be easily able to manage GLD implants.

    News and Rumors

Political and military theorist Fadan Mbika highlights the importance of an additional source of mercenaries for the Dipanan Collected Nations, stating that as the Sunbream confederacy acquires an outside source of GLD, their supply of mercs may become more expensive or less reliable. He also advises the Collected council appropriate more funds for building an army rather than rely on cheap mercenaries, but this latter call goes unheeded, the funds for additional ships being appropriated towards assistance in the Radiation Harvester.

Discussion rages over whether the Sunbream confederacy should be able to have such free international conduct with the Rass, with some Dipanans arguing it could cause a breach of national security if Sunbreams can get GLDs from outside sources, introducing competition into the market. The inhabitants of Shelohu are particularly vocal in favor of Sunbream sovereignty in their foreign relations, stating that while the Confederacy is a DCN protectorate, it should be free to interact with aliens as it chooses. The weight of the Vilari Sodality's new partnership with the Federated churches helps to back up this argument.

Shelohu colony produces its first citizenship procedure for the Vilari settlers. It involves a test and of course an oath, but the questions are not at all difficult due to the colony's short history. More cynical humans suspect the colonial administration is eager to have Vilari citizens due to their outstanding intergalactic reputation.

As a gesture of gratitude for saving her life at the Pan-Galactic Auction, Collector Siti Butrana sends a gift basket to Lieutenant Commander Kagrex of the Kronin, featuring bread dough designed to bake in the atmospheric temperature of Kroznar, and an invitation to visit her in the capitol of Poledela.

    Sunbream Confederacy N&R

Shortly before the invitation is sent to the Federated churches, Nugrul uum Aysun gives a speech in space above the Sunbream confederacy meeting pad, arguing that to become a truly independent and sovereign state, the sunbreams must secure an alternate source of GLD surgery other than the Dipanans.

Many Sunbreams of the Confederacy are displeased that the Dipanans forced them to pass a resolution outlawing slavery by threatening not to hire any more mercenaries. The episode no doubt generated increased support for Nugrul uum Aysun's efforts to reach out to the Rass.

As the first installment in a payment for GLD installations, Aysun al Seljuk will host an organ from the FCO ship Breathless Wake aboard herself, apparently to satiate its curiosity. Many sunbreams are sickened by this intimacy with an undead ship, but her mother Nugrul encourages Aysun to do whatever is necessary despite her misgivings.

The array draws its origins from Pre-GLD for plotting the location of stars and celestial bodies that orbit them. More modern improvements allow for much more precise identification and location of nearby planets, moons, and even stations and large ships at near real time.
    • [Intrigue] Project Brightlight in Dregisles: (4/5): A hyperspace predictive computer is installed within Brightlight's structure. These computers were quickly designed after the discovery of the gravity latch drive, and were used to coordinate shipping between Grymlan holdings both originating in and out of system to ensure that collisions between structures and ships were an absolute rarity.

      Corporations of the Combine

The government of the Grymlan Combine consists of several corporations that both coordinate with, and against, each other in deciding how the efforts of the Grymlan people are applied. The Corporations are patrons and financial backers to research, production, and distribution groups typically within a certain field of Grymlan life and their internal structure represents the same general structure of the Combine at large.

As such, Leadership among the Grymlans is based on election, with canidates chosen both on their stance with the indivdual corperation and the needs of the Grymlan people as a whole. Unsurprisingly, corruption is not uncommon among Grymlans leaders. Corruption is expected by the general populace as long as it has reasonable limits. Leaders are expected to have their own personal projects they're working on as long as they meet the needs of the Grymlan people. Given the inquisitive nature of Grymlans as a whole, an the high profile nature of the leadership, Grymlan politicians tend to have Cat and Mouse games between themselves that the populace tends to keep abreast of as a form of entertainment. Should such a leader be deemed insufficent, whether by incompetence, corruption, or changing needs of the people, they can be voted out of their position by the Corporations under them (though the state in which they are voted out might dictate the terms of their severance).

      Some Corporations of the Combine.
      • Foodstuff Solutions: Headed by Abrigal Dirtpaw, Foodstuff Solutions represents many agricultural interests in the Combine. Their farms provide food to feed the Grymlan people as well as providing other materials to the other Corporations. Their labs work to improve existing crops while at the same time they are always on the look out for new potential products to grow and experiment with.
      • Max Zappyzap Projections: Lead by Dhaka Sparkthrower, Max Zappyzap Projections is the closest thing the Grymlans have to a security Corporation. In prior years they were an arms manufacturer who designed energy casters for Grymlan ships to protect them against space debris. They also did research into high energy release weapons that largely went unused (I mean of course you gotta set one off just to make sure it works, we didn't need that asteroid anyways) but did result in research with Arclight Power that provided the primary fission reactors that provide power to the Grymlan's cities and ships. Nowadays they serve as one of the military minded corporations expanding the Grymlan's knowledge of tactics and equipment as they are exposed to new races.
      • Arclight Power: Lead by Dayton Voltzap, Arclight Power serves the Grymlan's ever-growing need for power. They are the formost researchers in high energy fields and often looking for new elements or ways to use them alongside Max Zappyzap Projections.
      • Fluffyshine Grooming: Headed by Celise Dyedye, Fluffyshine Grooming provides cosmetics and grooming supplies to the Grymlans. Proper grooming, especially of their tails, is considered a necessity by the Grymlan populace. In addition Grymlans enjoy expressing themselves in a wide array of colors both in clothing and hair dye. Fluffyshine Grooming is the leader in what is new and chic by melding technology with fashion.
      • Farseeker Enterprise: Lead by Trevan Longhaul, Farseeker Enterprise focuses not only on exploratory sensors and shipping, but they also serve the Grymlan Combine with transporting goods between population centers. While they were not the designers of the Darkship concept, they have been diligently improving it, focusing on the ships abilities to operate on long haul deployments and improving on thruster designs.
      • Infrastructure Craftmakers: Lead by Bruk Dynacraft, Infrastructure Craftmakers maintains the infrastructure of Grymlan life whether it be the heat resistant domes of Wratheye or the various space stations orbiting the Cloudysea expanse. They support endeavors to build faster, cheaper, and more adaptable among hostile environments.
      • Truthytruth Communications: Lead by Leelee Sweettounge, Truthytruth Communications deals with data and communications between the Grymlan people and works alongside OwO, and they also host many news and entertainment channels.
      • Feelgood Incorporated: Lead by Vera Tailsnug, Feelgood Incorperated serves the healthcare needs of the Grymlans. The work to constantly push the boundaries of medicine and scientific enhancement.
      • Fringe Science Go!: Headed by Wexel Weirdlight, Fringe Sceince Go! explores theoretical scientific fields such as magic and psionics. With the introduction of aliens with these abilities they have seen a resurgence as of late.
      • Core Containment Incorporated: A recent addition to the Combine, CCI acts as a military corporation specializing in theoretical and prototype designs created from the incorporation, and abuse of, alien tech. Led by Leelee Buildfast.

    • Darkship Fleet Novabloom: To replace Darkship Shinystar, Grymlan engineers work on an updated Darkship Design that incorperates a greater number of smaller ships, each heavily armed with Deathbloom missile launchers and enhanced engines. Where previous iterations of darkship fleets focused on a slow, steady, approach to combat, Darkship Fleet NovaBloom represents the application of prototype explosive tech and changing ideas on approaches to naval doctrines.
    • Darkship Fleet Darks-Seer: Drawing upon the newly inducted Lopurna, Darkship Fleet Dark-Seer has several cruiser class ships created in a melding of Grymlan and Lopurna designs supported by Grymlan Zippyzap fighter craft. The The cruisers have several rapid fire zapcaster turrets dedicated to point defense and fighter denial systems, there are several crystaline emitter strips that run the lengths of the ship allowing the Lopurna crew to lash out with deadly psionic energy lances in lieu of the heavy zap cannons found on other Grymlan based warships.
    • Aetherweave Assault Corps: Those Lopurna trained to act as soldiers train their psionic abilities to enhance their physical capabilities, moving with preternatural grace, strength, and precision. As situations call for it, small communions can be levied to increase their capabilities such as against hardened targets or evading detection.

    • The new Speaker for the Tezh Consensus, Brigid, dispatches military engineering teams and Tezh construction frames to K9 to assist with completing the CPC facility that had been at risk of missing critical deadlines for completion and readiness for action against Same forces.
    • The 'rumor rags' as they have become known, are rife with sensationalist content: video clips of the new Speaker - Brigid - being slammed about like a rag doll and claiming she is secretly a very advanced Tezh infiltration frame, the paparazzi cat and mouse game of stalking Mika Ren as she has adventures around the Consensus worlds, and the mention of illicit (yet never substantiated) intimate media involving the new Speaker.
    • TZH military and intelligence officials offer no comments to questions about the sudden appearance of a hacking group, who's manifesto promises to reveal the government's actions around the galaxy, managed to compromise broadcasting stations around the edge of Consensus space and beam a burst of static and the letters 'ANE' out to the galaxy at large.
    • Word of the Same invasion of Hearth reaches Tezh worlds and the reaction is unexpectedly strong. The various member races of the Consensus are caught off guard as their Tezh siblings immediately clamor jump into the fight. They had helped construct the containment base there and now it was under attack from a force that is inimical, categorically so, to everything the Tezh stood for! No call for help was needed, no bargaining for return favor; the millions of Tezh that made up the hundreds of frames of the Tezh Space Armada requested and received dispatch from the Consensus administration to go to the front lines for their siblings.
Spoiler: TZH joins the fight @ N18
      Show
[OOC: Yes, I know mechanically the units are not 'there' until next round, this is being addressed by the fluff that TZH units are getting woven into the front lines and pushing some WWE units out of engagement; all with Tychris' endorsement.]

A single frame, barely twenty meters long, shows up as WWE forces move to attack the Same broadcasting TZH IFF along with a brief message on unencrypted channels "We are here to join you in combat against the Same. Please do not be alarmed."

Just as fleet command was figuring out whether to laugh and/or dismiss the single diminutive Tezh frame, a general quarters collision alarm blasts through the WWE ships as nearly a hundred heavy combat frames (ranging from 200 to nearly 500 meters of spindly menacing geometries) insert to local space from super-luminal speeds at practically zero range. They arrive in combat formation and moving flank speed, wasting no time in directly engaging the opposing force. Having delivered Their fellow Tezh to battle, the fleet beacon frame broadcasts to all forces "May all Our siblings fight well, this day." and winks back out of sight, presumably on its way back to TZH space.
    • Brigid spends many hours working with Gates of the UNN behind closed doors to broker a formal TZH alliance with UNN, the leaders are seen to shake hands and leave together in good spirits for the future, no official announcements are made but it is likely that big things will come to the surface in due time.

    Actions:

    1. [Economy] Buyout H26 (Redonda) Plasma Disruptors TP3: 9
Analysis of several plasma disruptors quietly acquired from unnamed sources reveals a novel technique for generating and distributing electrical energy, involving long tubes of hydrogen, which is energized into a plasma "slurry" of protons and electrons. When this "slurry" is shot through a plasma disruptor, the charges separate out, creating a massive electric potential. This hypothetical device makes the jump to reality with only a few explosions, far below the average, and so a further source of disruptors is sought.

    2. [Economy] Buyout D30 (Atilon League) Plutonium Diamonds TP1: 4

Celenian Capital Ship technology is put into full use as production lines start on a truly massive ship: the Entertainer. Armed with thousands of kinetic weapons bristling in every direction and completely armored with microplating, it proves to be both the largest and most expensive undertaking the Commonwealth has yet completed. Arguments immediately break out over who actually owns it, dragging Korima in to mediate with a compromise nobody likes: She gets full, personal ownership instead of any of the Families.

    News and Rumors:
    - The war was going well. They had caught the conclave completely by surprise and by the end they had taken only a handful of losses. As the King-General set off on his final run he gazed upon his victorious troops. He smiles inwardly, he knew he had done well, he had successfully executed the greatest war in kronin history. His ship shot toward the final cruiser. A voice came over the com. it was the commander of the ship telling him he would be shot down. He laughed "To me, death is nothing. I have done my part and I will die with honor" The cruiser opened fire as Krazkul got within range. He dodged the incoming fire and zipped around the ship launching a magnetic timed explosive device to the weak points in the hull. 7 fighters were on his tail. He did his best to avoid the volley of shots but one hit his engine. As the King-General spiraled toward the ground he pressed the button on the console and the cruiser went up like a Christmas tree. As his ship detonated he gave one last shout "FOR MY PEOPLE!!!" Just as his fighter detonated in a huge fireball.

    Core Patrol Corps
    Spoiler
    Show

[Military] Raise 1 Unit of Patrolmen - The Crocomen of sector N20 are enticed with tales of glorious battle and the Snaze-based empire within the region is swayed by the charming adventurism proposed by the CPC. Rather than continue jealously guarding their home system from the conqueror of the month the Crocomen are offered a chance to be at the forefront of the greatest military struggle in the modern galactic age, the fight against the Same. Offered the opportunity to do battle with an ancient enemy many believed to be unkillable a number of Crococopter pilots agree to exchange guardianship of their planet for galaxy-wide glory. (Units in N20 reduced by 1)

[Military] Raise 1 Unit of Patrolmen - Volunteers from across Axiom join the Corps. Droccen, Geleans, members of Harmony, Rocthurhi, and members of the Union come to pledge their skills to the goal of Same containment and eventually, Same elimination. Each takes the same sacred oath and joins the new order of Axiom’s order.
    “In brightest star
    In darkest core
Hear now the metal cry of war
To avenge those who fell before
    We stand together
    Core Patrol Corps!”

[Diplomacy] Request a new base in K23 - Seeking to have a secondary line behind the unaligned monitoring station in Svaatyr space the Core Patrol reaches out to the burgeoning Star League hoping their dedication to justice and peace will ensure cooperation in this endeavor against armageddon. While the assault on Shimmering Light by UPT had been an attack on the Sisterhood and not Core Patrol this action and UPT’s alignment with Svaatyr made upper ranks nervous about fully relying on the independent Same monitoring of the Theocracy. Besides, another Revolution could severely change the spacescape and thus casting a wide net of coverage was deemed most desirable. (Request: VSL permit construction of/construct themselves a CPC base in K23. Reward: +1 Rep, +1 Favor for VSL to allocate. Expiration Date: Round 12)

    Cosmic Couriers
    Spoiler
    Show

[Diplomacy] Proxos asks to join LSD - While Proxos had enjoyed his time as a galactic celebrity touring the galaxy alongside his Courier friends the recent political elevation of Korima seems to have driven the luminary to reflect on his own limited and ephemeral concepts in the years since taking up a Lyraen body. When news reaches the Roaming Star that Lyrae had been attacked forcing her to take a new mortal form it seems to stir deep seated feelings Proxos held for his younger luminary counterpart. In a suitably ostentatious show befitting Proxos’ flair for the dramatic the elder luminary journeys to Lyrae to ask for her hand and if she would not give that to at least allow Proxos to dedicate his life to hers in some manner. The Luminary offers his service as a general claiming to have watched a great deal of war films during his years wandering. No doubt the skills picked up in this time could use honing by real experience but military testing reveals an able tactical mind possessed by the old star. (Request: LSD take a Diplomacy action or Event sub-action to recognize Proxos as a suitor to Lyrae. Reward: Gain Proxos as a Mil 7 General who’s Mil can be improved to 9 through leading two sequential battles. Expiration Date: Round 11)

[Economy] Buyout the Gardens of Leira (J24) Solar Sapphires TP1 17 - The reunification of the Star Heart under Vilari direction has drawn the curiosity of the Couriers who seek to gain access to some portion of the arcane energy that suffused the mystical region.

[Economy] Buyout V6 Painkillers TP1 12 - Curious about what records the Krautians might have on themselves the Couriers venture to sector V6 and happen to make large purchases of Krautian limb ColorDolorTM Painkillers for resale.

    An’Null’s Eradicators
    Spoiler
    Show

[Military] Offer CBS Blackflag Bannermen - Hoping to restore some of their lost power and influence following their zenith as the new Core border guard the Eradicators offer their mercenary services to a politically flagging but well funded stellar power in the hopes of capitalizing on their current need for aid. Tal-Amanyk space receives a transmission from the Eradicators offering reinforcements for war with the Antillian/Kronin alliance in exchange for a small favor owed. (Request: Accept 2 ANE units lasting 3 Rounds. Reward: 1 Favor owed from CBS to ANE. Expiration Date: Round 12)

[Intrigue] Offer to Survey H2 for KBC 14 - Although the transmission inadvertently discloses a list of sectors which could contain one of the undiscovered Eradicator bases the Kombuch are hailed with an offer of exclusive survey data on one of their nearby regions. The price? A small favor debt owed to the Eradicators. (Request: Permit ANE to Survey H2. Reward: +1 Favor owed from KBC to ANE. Expiration Date: Round 12)

Djinye advisors flow into the Galactic Empire, bringing the secrets of effective bureaucracy to the ants. They push to introduce more ranks to the ant society between "queen" and "worker", to better manage the division of labor, and inspire the workers to work both harder and smarter. While they also try to popularize the concept of families and households, they haven't made much progress. With their help, much more progress is made on the Formican general's rightly requested project. The Empire must become a literal Bastion of Realtaism, impregnable to any insidious plots.
    5. [Philosophy 5]Realtaist assembly in Z4
The formerly neglected eastern territories needed to be secured, and Ceres was the right man for the job. When the Djinye National Front questioned him, he forswore his old master - not because of cowardice, but because he simply believed that to be the best course of action, regardless of his previous allegiance - and was deployed in Elabana as the Minister of State Cohesion and Culture, with great resources at his disposal. His first order is to have a multifunctional center built which can inform locals of the current galactic news, the government's actions and the enlightenment offered by Realtaist priests, bringing them closer to Bespéartha. Minister Ceres intended to emulate the classical architecture of the old Caruflaith Empire with the new building, but the infamous architects of the region put their own spin on it, using twisted wire and glass crystals as materials instead of bricks, stone or any reasonable material. Overall, the center looks like the cyberpunk version of the castle of Sleeping Beauty, surrounded by a thicket of steel roses. Nevertheless, the minister does not give up on the integration project, determined to make the disorderly Tectons (inhabitants of Z4) see the value of the government, and takes up residence in the Elabana Cultural Center.
    6. [Philosophy]Convert U7 to Realtaism (2d6+5) 16
"So those fools think that they can walk over our ideology, over us, just like that? Does everyone think that we are so weak? We shall prove them and the galaxy wrong, but we will not be the ones to escalate this situation." Queen Lin is gazing out of the window, tapping her fingers lightly on the windowsill. She would simply promise (and deliver) obliteration to the Council if they overstepped their boundaries, but reports of a civil war going on in Dawnstar space were complicating the matter significantly. Finally, she decides to simply have her message distributed to several important personages in the capital, figuring that the message will eventually be found by the intended recipient: "To Whomever It May Concern: The DNF Council congratulates you on restoring order to the Dawnstar Domain. We wish to discuss other matters with you later, but one issue must come first. As you may know, we do not approve of the Advisory Council's decision to murder people, even inhabitants of neutral space, because of their religious disposition. We have attempted to mitigate the repercussions of this policy on the Realtaist community in U7 by providing it with aid, but it falls to you to stop the suffering. Thank you in advance. Signed: Lin Sid of Plantera, representing the DNF Council"

    Nonactions:

The Djinye National Front Council resolutely condemns the Dawnstar Dominion, which chose a path of chaos and darkness by massacring all persons disposed toward Realtaism, an ideology of peace and balance, in an entire neutral region of space. The Advisory Council will apparently not allow the slightest degree of freedom to its citizens. Previously, the Djinye have hoped that the Dawnstar Dominion could be a friend, or even an ally, but it is clear that these hopes had been false. The Djinye National Front withdraws its promise of not acquiring regions below row 6 in Caller coordinates, previously made informally and in private to the Dawnstar Dominion, as we cannot simply stand by while the Dominion terrorizes more peoples. We will non-violently support the oppressed Realtaist groups in the Dawnstar Dominion; it bears reiterating that it is objectively false that Realtaists support anti-government activity, as asserted by the Dominion, and we have not sought to incite quarrels between the people of Dominion or the like. The Advisory Council has brought its problems on itself.

We implore that other nations, in particular Realtaist nations and those that have expressed their commitment to galactic justice, recognize the abominable acts of the Dawnstar Dominion and join our declaration.

The Council of the Djinye National Front has decided to sign the Star League Charter. It is our wish to see all nations prosper without conflict between them. Through the cooperation of the signatory great powers, the galaxy will be brought to order. The Same and all sympathizers will be purged. Glory to the Maturated!

    The Gelean Empire
Leader: Xavier Bonaparte, Aeternal Emperor of The Gelean Empire and its Protectorates

    News and Rumors
    - The Tezh deliver a shocking supply of materiel to the Core Patrol Corps fortress on Verne, and despite a series of delays Tezh assistance ensures that construction and staffing deadlines can be met after all. Commander Fiona Aeternus and Brigid of the Tezh are able to shake hand and frame-hand onsite, and the iconic image is memorialized in a small flash-printed statue in the atrium.

    Spoiler: Awaken
    Show
Elizabeth’s parlor was extravagant by Gelean standards. Most households consisted of dozens of people, sisters, mothers, the occasional brother or even father, all living in a cozy communal area with true personal space limited to stacked bunk-pods. Such was a natural stress of life in an Arcology, where space was at a premium, but Elizabeth was far from her home arcology, owning an old, old apartment from what had once been a Black Section of the Aeternus. It was nearly twice the size of a standard family block, and yet here she lived alone with her daughter; just the one. The Cult of Renewal had been on her back for a long time about that, yet now they were gone and she remained. Her own mother had felt much the same way, but she hadn’t been in the picture for nearly thirty years.

And now today was her sixty-first birthday, at least by standard chronometers. She’d spent a lot of time moving at relativistic speeds, after all, but regardless she’d long since gone gray. Elizabeth sipped at her mushroom tea, the warm fluid helping to fill the stale air with a pleasant aroma, and wondered just what was taking Autumn so long to arrive. Sighing, she idly flipped through her wristtop to see what was new in the galaxy – just the news, not intelligence. Not from an unsecured location. She’d been avoiding the feeds all morning, hoping for just a short bit of peace from current events, but apparently it was not to be. Tension was increasing; everyone knew it. The orange sector had nearly exploded into war, and just as quickly the Syndrome had – perhaps wisely – determined that the tides of battle weren’t in their favor and rolled over. That wouldn’t be the end of that, of course, but for now the Celenians would march in and declare victory. The Syndrome and the Rothuun would continue building up in preparation for some kind of retaliation, and so would the Celenians and Ninurtines.

Further northeast, and more importantly, the Same had opened a major offensive against the Watchers; There was a part of her very angry that supply lines were still down to prevent direct aid, though there was also a very small part of her relieved that the First Fleet was still at home. There was also a part of her smugly pleased with her own foresight in arranging for a partition of the Hopefuls to be stationed on that front, already integrated with the Warden Fleets and ready for battle by the time the machines arrived. She only hoped the Umbral Augury would hold; without it, the whole Core Patrol network would be in disarray.

There were those who claimed that Elizabeth was more committed to personal empowerment than containment. That just wasn’t true: She knew as well as anyone else that a catastrophic containment failure would be the end of her and likely everyone else. She had perhaps strayed in priorities from time to time, but primarily in pursuit of cleaning up loose ends as she saw it. The Kamasati had sought to use the Gelean Republic as a buffer against its enemies, including the Demons of the Core, and that insult could not stand. She hated them, loath as she was to admit that her judgment may have been warped. She’d gone so far as to attend a diplomatic meeting over the radio to dismiss any chance of their diplomat’s empathic abilities picking up on her sheer, seething contempt for everything they represented. She’d made arrangements, stoked up the right warhawking arguments in the Emperor’s ear – not that he’d needed much convincing – and now the Kamasati were broken. In the end they hadn’t even marshaled the Prators against the Gelean Armada, presumably aiming to hold the center against collapse. One more loose end handled. The Kombuch were…still a concern as they grew increasingly militarized, but for now they remained a reliable (if unusual) ally. Things were almost ready now for the Gelean Empire to take the center of the Galactic Stage – quite literally so.

Her thoughts were interrupted by the hiss of the arcology doors. She glanced up from her cooling tea with a forced smile as she flicked her wristtop’s display off. ”Autumn! There you are. Does it feel good to keep an old woman waiting?”, she chided with the gentlest laugh she could muster. The other woman was taller than her and much younger, now in her mid-thirties, just slightly fairer-skinned with pretty hazel eyes underlined by freckles and clad head-to-toe in a crimson military suit, with its distinctive bulk provided by rigid nanotube inserts underneath the weave. Autumn only chuckled in response as she disengaged her helmet and set the photium steel dome on the endtable next to her. “Happy birthday, Mom. You happy?”

“Of course, dear.”, she lied. She hated just how many lies it took to get through the day, now. It was exhausting. She blinked and shook her head. “Just thinking about politics. I’m sorry. How was the war?” She asked the question with a certain playful casualness, aimed to distract from the previous subject. It had the intended effect, technically, and Autumn’s eyes narrowed as she slumped into the other seat. “I wasn’t on the landing crew.”, she begun quietly, “and I only heard about some of the things later.” Autumn paused, hiding her face. “It was a massacre. The Hopefuls decimated the population and we just peppered strategic targets with ECWs from the air. The actual war was over in hours. All that was left after that was weeks of putting homes back together and rolling up prefabs. I don’t know that I relish the fight, but I hope our next campaign sees us up against an enemy that can fight back. Even if it’s the Same. I don’t know if I can handle another campaign like that, but I can fight the Same. There’s honor in that. Testing your spark, and all.”

Something in Elizabeth cracked, and she scooted her chair over to wrap her daughter in a tight embrace, one quickly returned. She didn’t, couldn’t say a word, but dread gripped her heart. Autumn didn’t stop talking. “They told me I might get my own command soon. They’re planning on rolling out the new Sirens soon – that’s classified but you’re cleared – and I might be the new captain of the Presumption when the fleet gets reorganized. Or they might put me on one of the new ships in the Third or Fourth fleet in the next few years. It’s all so much, so fast. I just don’t know. I just don’t-“

Something snapped. Not Elizabeth’s emotions this time, something palpable but insubstantial in nature, like a bit of reality had chosen to coil itself around the room and suddenly collapse into a knot. “Do, do you hear that? It sounds like-“ Autumn’s words cut off halfway through her next syllable as she began to scream, a trickle of blood beginning to trail from the corner of her eye. Elizabeth stilled her breath, and all at once the keening stopped. The other woman lifted her head from the table, still held in her mother’s arms, and cried. “Wha-was that…did I just…” “I don’t know. Are you okay?” Autumn shook her head. “No. I have no idea…I still hear that keening. Not as strongly, but…it hates me. I could feel that stronger than I’ve ever felt anything.”

Elizabeth got quiet, releasing the hug and instinctively edging away from her own daughter. “You…you need to get re-screened. Now.” She didn’t have the energy for comforting, not with an unknown power just a few scant feet from her. Autumn only wiped the blood from the corner of her eye, staring in amazement at the crimson-on-crimson. “Now.”, she repeated with force, and finally the awestruck woman seemed to get the message. The look in her eyes cracked Elizabeth’s heart in two again.

“O-ok, I will.”, the now-hyperventilating woman acquiesced as she threw her chair to the side with enough force to scuff the wall. She backed out of the room in long strides, not taking her eyes off of her mother even as she fumbled for her helmet on the way out. Elizabeth thought she saw her breathing a sigh of relief as she left the room. She slammed her face into the table and cried.

    Imperial Decrees

[Mil 10] Introduce Military Technology: EC Lances! - Having observed other stellar powers' previous encounters with the Same, it's clear that when outmaneuvered they tend to retreat into previously unaffected regions rather than fighting until the end, an unacceptable outcome given that this results in incomplete victories that spread the containment breach and require pursuit to eliminate the threat. As a possible countermeasure, the Auroran Ideals Corporation draws on previous Celenian research and speculative weaponry with Haethalian Rubies as focusing lenses for lasers, combining this innovation with their flagship energy conversion weapon products to create extremely long-ranged variations ideal for picking off retreating foes.

[Dip] Attend Event - The Ninurtine Empire was distant and of minimal relevance to Gelean affairs, but the fair they hosted was nevertheless a chance to show off many innovations and perform plenty of low-level diplomatic busywork. Courtly Schemes

[Dip] Stabilize M5 [Roll 24, TN 12] - When the campaign in the Mobius System comes to its conclusion, the vast technological cities that once existed there lie in ruins. The Geleans naturally turn to the preexisting human minority as the natural administrators, organized into a satellite republic backed by the technological might of the Gelean Empire. Those who refuse to accept the new order are driven into the hills, though many also find themselves caged to fulfill preexisting trade agreements.

[Int] Survey N10 (and share the results with the CPC) [Roll 13, TN 12] - Continuing Commander Talon's efforts to woo the Core Patrol Corps and demonstrate the value of their friendship, the Faivi undertake a second and much more daring raid into Samespace.

[Int] Secret [Roll 16] - A few under the table deals here, a few there. This is how kingdoms are built.

    The Ninurtine Empire
    Round 11

    News and Rumours
    • The First Galactic Expo opens on Martu in the Twr system! All are welcome!
    • The Empire supports the actions of the Republic of Celes in overturning the Syndrome's illegal seizure of Q23. If the Syndrome do not cooperate with the Republic's demands, the Navy will be deployed to support military action.
    • With the Syndrome mobilising to defend the region, the Lord Admiral leads her own attack against the Heart Beacons.
    • Tragedy strikes as the Emperor Cherahiteth II dies suddenly of suspected heart failure. His reign will be remembered as perhaps the most glorious and successful in Imperial history.
    • Each Province puts forward its candidate for the election of Cherahiteth's successor. In most cases this is the provincial ruler but there are some surprises. The Overarchon of Bechu, sensing an opportunity to secure the Imperial crown for that world for the first time, promotes the highly-regarded Commissioner-General as the Bechite candidate. Arursha nominates its former President and current councillor Raul Entebe, while Nanasu puts forward Ninurbethush, the former Secretary-General, who is rumoured to have left the Council under something of a cloud.
    • It is rumoured that the Empress Daregense, who is Ninurtine by birth, was asked by the Imperial household to stand herself, drawing on her experience, in the place of her son, but she declined. She has however agreed to act as regent until the election is concluded.
    • In the third round of voting, and to the surprise of few, Durgadoresh of Bechu is elected Emperor.
    • The Emperor's first act is to recognise Empress Sai as co-empress.
    • His second is to emancipate the slaves in the Dalamin Sector.
    • The third, with some reluctance, is to order the recall of the fleet from Syndrome border space. With all Syndrome forces having withdrawn to defend the capital, and the Republic's fleet engaged in pacifying the recovered region, the battle is no longer strategically justifiable.
    • Instead, a portion of the fleet is sent to W23 to bring that within the control of the Empire.

Spoiler: The last days of slavery in the Dalamin Sector
    Show

During the years following the conquest of the Dalamin Sector, the Governor had gradually transferred large numbers of Tabine warriors to the sector to act as a gendarmerie in support of regular law enforcement, but had otherwise taken little direct action against the Kaynite aristocracy.

While the sector remained febrile, it lurched towards crisis when Lord Donál was arrested on charges of smuggling at the Exposition, having attempted to sell his entire slave stock at auction.

Three days after news reached Pokól, the Tabine knight Mikara Yudokia, the local gendarme commander on Donál's homeworld, was abducted, tortured and murdered, her body dumped back on the street not far from her home. None had any doubt that the Tyrant, Tamás Aprod, had ordered her death in retribution for Donál's arrest.

Within two days of her death, Yudokia's drones had stormed the Tyrant's palace and summarily executed him, flinging his body from an upper-floor window.

A group of Tyrants presented a petition to the Governor, demanding the arrest and execution of the drones for Aprod's death. The Governor passed the matter to the local Censor, who declined to bring charges, on the imaginative legal basis that to kill a Tabine knight without making adequate provision to protect oneself from their drones was an elaborate form of suicide.

Following this decision, first two, then four, tyrants declared independence from Imperial rule. Governor Iskachagash issued an order for all planetary rulers in the sector to attend an emergency summit. Ten did, including the five Imperial planetary governors. The remainder declared for the rebels.

Iskachagash called for emergency reinforcements from the Imperial Navy, and was answered by Rear Admiral Dashunul and Battlegroup B. Arriving ahead of her battlegroup on the Penetrator, the Admiral broadcast a message to the rebels. Emperor Durgadoresh had been crowned, and his second act as Emperor was to sign into law an act for immediate and total emancipation of Kaynite slaves.

Every world immediately erupted in a slave uprising. On some worlds, the slaves overthrew (and usually killed) the tyrants, but more common was a quickly emerging stalemate, between the tyrants' own forces, the Tabine peacekeepers, and the militant slaves. A few weeks later, Dashunul's battlegroup caught up with her, and she transferred her flag back to the Terminus. The arrival of the Navy led to a flurry of surrenders among some of the less committed tyrants, but around half the planets remained in open rebellion.

On Disz, the tyrant had dug in in his palace and made the mistake of opening fire on the approaching Imperial forces. His fortress was completely obliterated by orbital bombardment from the Terminus. Kokytus surrendered following a number of salvos from the Lara. At Yomi, the remaining lunar fleet was deployed to oppose the Navy, and was blown apart by Constanzia and Forksby.

The final meaningful engagement was on Echaron, where the tyrant Lajos Molnar had taken prisoners to use as live shields against any Imperial bombardment. Dashunul forced a landing on the Offence and at the head of a Tabine regiment fought her way into the palace, where despite being badly wounded she personally arrested Molnar – after blowing off his right kneecap.

As the dust settled, Imperial agents moved in to restore order, and the sector was finally pacified.

Of the twenty-seven tyrants in place at the start of the Expo, one was killed by Yudokia's drones. Five attended the Governor and surrendered their authority peacefully. Four surrendered following the arrival of the Imperial fleet, before commencement of hostilities; four were killed during the slave uprising; eight were taken prisoner by the Imperial Navy following combat; six were killed fighting Imperial forces and one was apprehended attempting to flee.

Two remain missing, and are presumed dead or fled outside the sector.

Following the war, the Penetrator was renamed Liberator, as the vessel from which emancipation was proclaimed.

While recovering from her wounds, Rear Admiral Dashunul was promoted to Vice Admiral.

Governor Iskachagash was finally rewarded with a transfer to Dulce.

    Actions
    1. [Philosophy 10] Organize the Way of Tides into an official philosophy
The spread of the Star League's influence has been accompanied by the slow acceptance of the Vilari philosophy of tolerance. Now presiding over a cultural melange from a dozen different worlds, scholars both with and without the Star League begin to gather to argue the finer points of the Way of Tides. It is a sign of the growing harmony surrounding Vilari space, but it is not the only sign. On Raphos, a shuttle quietly deposits Jeanne of Ybarra at Ren, the largest of the Vilari Reef Cities. The Gelean woman descends in fear, for she is the first alien to set foot on the blasted planet, but she ascends burdened with revelation.

    2. [Diplomacy] Attend the First Galactic Expo
While the events of the Pan-Galactic Auction cast a shadow over another grand gathering, the Star League can ill afford to withdraw from galactic affairs. Speaker Ren-Kulto and his staff make a point of attending, bringing with them a full cadre of Sodality citizens to display the bright points of the Sodality's culture and to learn of the far-flung peoples of Axiom.

    3. [Military] Raise One Unit
    4. [Military] Raise One Unit
As the galaxy begins to unite behind a joint strike against the Same, shipyards in Tsalvan are kept in a state of constant production. Within the space of two galactic years, six more Vilari strike cruisers clear dry-dock, along with a host of smaller support and picket craft.
    5. [Military] Dispatch Two Units to take control of Region J-30 under a Sub-Commander (Mil 3)
The destruction of the Melfynian homeworld sends ripples of chaos throughout their former territories, threatening to destabilize the nascent Star League's borders in Galactic South. While the Etherites move to restore order across their immediate border, the Star League Defense Fleet deploys six strike cruisers in a police action to the farthest reaches of formerly Melfynian space. Their mission, to restore order and provide emergency services to those communities cut off from the infrastructure of a central government.
    6. [Military] Begin Construction of a CPC Base in Region K-23 (1/3)
The Core Patrol Corps request for a fallback position in Star League territory is quickly approved by the Sodality. Zero-G construction begins on the central axis of a mighty star fortress, which all pray is an unnecessary precaution.

    Non-Actions
    1. Support the Etherite claim on Region H-24

    The Star League Charter

As the territories of matured species expand, and we confront growing threats from without and within, it is resolved that we gathered here affirm our principles. We, the people of the Star League, do make known these policies in hope for a brighter future for the galaxy.

    We Are Resolved

    • To defend the sovereign right of every species, organic or synthetic, to self-government, or to equitable representation as equal partners in greater galactic powers.
    • To safeguard, by that same principle, the rights of any lesser power when threatened by an outside aggressor.
    • To guarantee the sovereign borders of all member states, through diplomacy if possible, but if necessary through force of arms.
    • To pledge our might to the eradication of those forces which threaten the continued prosperity of all species, within and without the League.
    • To pursue technological advancement, both civilian and military, and to freely proliferate these advancements among League members.
    • To ensure the free and open movement of trade between our borders, absent onerous or unequal duties.
    • To seek out and preserve the knowledge of Axiom’s progenitor species, that we might gain their wisdom and avoid their downfall.
    • To promote cultural exchange of beliefs and ideals, so that social progress and better standards of life might be realized.
    • To form a unified council to serve as adjudicator in cases of conflict between League members, and under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of galactic law can be maintained.

    We so Affirm,

Ren-Kulto, Speaker of the Vilari Sodality
Ouren Dris'Thelle, President of the Etherite Trade League

    Republic of Celes (CEL)
Under the leadership of Consul Milton Euler
    Round 11

    News and Rumors
    • Three Celenian cruisers latch into Q23 and set course for the principle inhabited planet. A broadcast from the bridge of Admiral Khatri's new flagship, the Midnight, informs the sector that the Syndrome's presence is illegal and a violation of the protectorate status conferred upon the native inhabitants by the Republic. Syndrome is granted ten galactic standard days to complete the evacuation of government officials and civilians; after that time bioships will be destroyed on sight. After the curt warning, the cruisers settle into a low enough orbit around the planet so that their polished ventral hulls can be seen with the naked eye. Propaganda videos are transmitted on repeat to the local system, showcasing the many success stories of other cultures who now flourish under the protection of the benevolent Republic.
    • The Office of the Consul comments on the military action, affirming there will be no declaration of war. As SYN is illegally occupying the system, this is not an attack on their sovereignty. SYN is encouraged to peacefully withdraw from the region.
    • Following the prompt withdrawal of Syndrome's forces from Q23, the Consul makes no public declaration, but many quietly congratulate the Syndrome on their discretion and wisdom.
    • NUT is chastised in the politest possible terms for their overreaction to such a minor incident and CEL asks they recall their armada.
    • With the situation in Q23 resolved post haste, the Harbinger of Dawn breaks off from its sister ships and heads for WWE space. It won't make it in time to stand against the Same, but it can at least relieve the beleaguered defenders.

    Actions

Turns out a few, donations to help SPACE KING's recovery, literal super powers and the slow funneling of Shadow & Flame literature to Dio really makes a difference. While SPACE KING's experience mirrors the spiritual experience of many knights, minus the pink celebrities, there is a group of traditionalists that reject change. Recently law has been on the brain of the machismo monocrat, perhaps instead of death matches dissidents in the citadel should be bought off. Military attack Q15 with SPACE KING M8 and 4 units (+1 warbeasts): SPACE KING was long past being a mere SPACE JANITOR but it appears he'd have to play that roll once more as that immaculate mechanical menace began muscling in on his home turf. Even with his mechanical enhancements, SPACE KING was no slouch as throwing hands, or in this case heavily armed knights a whatever threat reared its ugly antenna at Knight SPACE. Hopefully a united front versus the Same can quell the various ideological differences between the knights for now.

    Military: recruit a unit

    Non actions

Send 2 units to WWE via Embassy

    News and Rumors
    • In the wider realm of Knight Space subject peoples are far more receptive of to the path of Shadow and Flame than their Knight overlords. The Pagui specifically find the powers of the source to be incredibly easy to blend with their traditional beliefs.

    (R8, S7, S9, T6, T8, U5)

    Member of the Uplift Chorus
    General Secretary Jerry Gates
    Diplomacy 7
    Military 8
    Economy 6
    Philosophy 2
    Intrigue 5

    Actions
    1. [Diplomacy] Attend the First Galactic Expo hosted by the Ninurtine Empire - Union has been under fire since the Revolution fending off the Draax Attacks and then restoring order in their wake but at last it appears the members of the Uplift Chorus were back on the upswing. The General Secretary, pleased with issues at home and eager to tend to atrophied relationships, eagerly sets out with a retinue of important delegates to attend the Ninurtine expo. A great deal of propaganda, equipment, and other resources were allocated for the Union pavilion. Representatives of the communist state were eager to introduce themselves to other possible alien comrades as well as to see old comrades too long apart. Perhaps an update on the technological frontiers wouldn't be amiss either.

    2. [Diplomacy] Press Claim on T4 2/2 - With a treaty of autonomy worked out and integrated into the new constitution of the Mindcaster's small population they are admitted into the Union as a sattellite socialist state and given a voice in the PolitBoro. Some grow nervous at the idea of psions being present in the democratic halls of legislature and point to stories out of the Gelean Empire. Nevertheless the Mindcasters are welcomed in the light of the One and political representation for those who actively served the interests of the people which the Mindcaster undoubtedly did.
    3. [Diplomacy] Increase Reputation with CPC from 2 to 3 TN: 14 Roll: 13 - Plans talked about across OMS private lines indicated the time was fast approaching when those against the Same would drive into the Core to vanquish the drone hordes. Union wished to be at the front line, in part as penance for what role the One had played in the creation of this tragedy, in part fulfilling a self appointed obligation to defend intelligent life, and at least a little bit to intimidate would-be foes with the political backlash that would be associated with striking out against a defender of Axiom itself.
    4. [Diplomacy] Aid CmC Relay Station in Q11 to aid WWE - Union joins with the mechanical workers of the Duenem to aid in the construction of a Cosmic Courier Relay in Knight Vacio space as payment for the debt incurred by the Wardens’ expansion of diplomatic networks. While the Wardens were followers of a different strand of belief than that of the One they had proven to be a dedicated force for fighting the Same and their dedication to the cause was to be commended. Union declines any offers of repayment for the work noting the Wardens do enough by maintaining their vigil near the Core.
    5. [Diplomacy] Inquest U3 TN: 12/18 Roll: 14 - War had forced diplomatic concerns to the sidelines but now once more the tenets of exploration for the sake of curiosity, discovery, and peaceful contact with comrades rises to the surface and another expeditionary fleet is prepared and launched further still towards the galactic “edge.” What mysteries yet awaited uncovery by the Union and the wider galaxy? Many were eager to know!
    6. [Diplomacy] Aid I23 Great Project Arcane Radiation Harvester 4/5 - Union pours over historical Maturated galactic discovery documentation searching for a location and project to aid to the benefit of a weak or downtrodden class. In I23 a great civilization marked by enlightened egalitarianism had been thrust into a dark age thanks to some unknown force which had transformed their star from a lifegiving blue giant into a radiation leaking green star. The so-called “molemen” inhabiting the underground were not so far regressed as to be incapable of being restored to some semblance of their former civilization but work would need to be completed on their ancestor’s incomplete Arcane Radiation Harvester to protect their planet from the deadly radiation of the green star. The Droccen, Vilari, Jesska, Etherites, and Svaatyr are invited to join in alleviating this world’s radioactive suffering.

    Spoiler: News and Rumors
    Show

    • While the aid sent to the Wardens was indeed a sign of solidarity with the fight against the Same it was equally a political move intended to ingratiate the Union with the leader of Shadow and Flame, in Accord. The Knights Vacio and perhaps now too the Alysians given their capital conversion brought both neighbors with whom Union had no formal arrangement under a united belief. Ensuring the director of that belief would not be encouraging of war against the Union was only good politics.
    • Efficiency was a Caller AI located in sector K33. This information was interesting but next to impossible to act upon for the Union. Rocthurhi or Tezh are encouraged to send a probe to the region to at least reveal its contents to wider Axiom. The Union continues to prepare for another Revolution fearing there was no time for a real response before the Caller AI was recharged and ready to spin again.
    • Actions by the Dawnstar Dominion to impose unpaid laborer status not merely on prisoners of war but on natives of all stripes is stronlgy condemned by the Union. The Hallion Accords were set to expire in two years and the current prevailing sentiment within the PolitBoro was need for a serious readjustment to the Accords if not their dissolution. The Union would not treat with those who imprisoned and enslaved based on race and blood.
    • The Nyxians are condemned for their actions regarding D24 and suspected plans regarding C27 and E25. The lives, homes, and livelihoods of billions were not chits to be bought and exchanged on the open market.
    • Lyrae is thanked for attending to the harsh conditions on Lyrae III, a formal document that isn't sent until after her Lyraen form's unfortunate death. A sympathy and condolences memo is quickly appended at the Union embassy on Lyrae III before being delivered to the new Lyrae. The new conditions on the prison planet were far more reformative and restorative in their justice rather than punitive for which the Union representatives, and the prisoners, were thankful for.

    Rothuun Galactic Holdings
    (Round 11: AR 2162- AR 2164)
    Urthuun Aneb Two-Gun

    Actions
[Military] Help the WWE defend O19 with one unit (+1 unit, +3 tech): The Black Knights, an elite unit of skilled swordsmen, are sent to support the Wardens of World's End, allies of the Rothuun, in their defense against the Same attack. Although Aneb Two-Gun dislikes the Wardens, he sees the strategic advantage of keeping the Same contained in the core.

    Show

Give SYN the following tech: Enhanced Microplating, Trade League, Long Range Advertising, H.E.A.T. Engines, Galactic Currency Mint, Government Supported Markets
Gift General Bdeh Kekkles to KRO

[Diplomacy] Stabilize Q17 (12): Muuna Bearslayer's newly established colony on Taurina II had many problems. Although there was not a native population to put down, the Rothuun, Ogatvezhiy, and Duenem settlers had to deal with a number of issues to make the region habitable. Primary food sources are plentiful, however new harvesting technology needed to be purchased from Taurina I to turn the planet into a truly sustainable agricultural haven.
    [Military] Create a unit:
[Military 5] Create a General (Mil 10): Markath Frostfur, former consort of Virtash Splitskull, betrayed the Thurtuun king in his recent battle against Aneb Two-Gun. He is now one of Aneb's trusted advisors and the current king of Thurtal. A great warrior, he is the only Rothuun known to have successfully wrangled a fully grown albino Takhaun and lived to tell the tale.
[Military] Invade P22 with five units led by Aneb Two-Gun (+7 leadership, +5 units, +3 tech = +15 total): Aneb Two-Gun will succeed where Kzarna Harpooner failed. The Rothuun military in all its glory is mobilized and attacks the Commandant's Miracle Men. The insult of the previous defeat must be avenged!

    Nonactions:
Support conversions by ITS, resist all others
Support buyouts by ITS, WWE and SYN, resist all others
