Wow, that's a lot of different abilities for one feat.
I like the idea of being able to ignore the effects of wind on your ranged attacks, it's always bothered me that Wind Wall, a 3rd-level spell, can make it impossible to target casters with arrows.
Likewise that Infinite Deflection makes you invincible to any archer, whether they're 1st level or 101st, in 3.5. At least in 3.0 you had a minimum 5% chance of failure.
Archers really get the shaft (pun intended) compared to melee warriors, we need some mechanics to help them out.
