Fun fact, I'm colorblind and cannot see the color purple.

So three music notes of any color, ya say? And, before anyone asks, hovering over the colors in the selector screen will give a hovertext of what color it is.

At first I thought it was this one, last panel, and you meant 4th century BC, but I cannot figure out what the 1800's invention was (unless it's some sort of oblique reference to a phone in the "Gordium called" part of the quote), so I suspect I am wrong.

He didn't seem too surprised when Elan hit the ground and the spell was being prepared during the landing as well, as shown with the white aura around the hand... I wondered that, too, but my guess is it's the latter...
