The other day my staff members at my job were discussing D&D alignment. I told them that I'm Chaotic Good but he didn't see me as Chaotic Good. He sees me as Lawful Good but whatever. LOL!

Strip #1 is good, although I'd argue that it is probably better to begin with the introductory strips from Dungeon Crawling Fools, despite making a lot of the early installment weirdness (Redcloak...*) weirder. Not that Strip #1 is a bad place to start, it's why my ex started and she found it hilarious despite having played only two sessions of D&D.

    * My ex had no idea why I liked Redcloak and Roy the most out of the cast until she was about two weeks in and both had settled into their characterisations.

Well maybe if I can get this darn application form part 2 thing filled in, I hate competency based questions. I knew I should have gone for the guarrenteed interview scheme (because autism is still counted as a disability, and my personal strain qualifies under the guidelines).

Although if I get in I'm definitely planning to get that Beerocracy definition on a stein and keep it on my desk.

Blue text is actually conventional sarcasm colour here. Purple is what Red Fel and his associates tend to use to signify Evil, and is not widely used elsewhere on the forum.

I've never seen anyone use purple for sarcasm on these boards. It's certainly not widespread enough for me to just immediately think of it.

Strictly speaking, barring red (being for moderator official voice stuff), there's really not supposed to be any meaning to any colours (and it probably does start to fall under the excessive formatting rules if, well, used excessively). Blue just seems to have entered the collective consciousness of a lot of people here as sarcasm. (Which, admittedly, does help a lot. But one should never expect a person to understand that it's sarcasm by the colour.)

Also, purple is too subtle a colour. I wouldn't have noticed the text was purple if you hadn't pointed it out.

The trick is to use a purple that matches your attitude. Mine is bold.
My headache medicine has a little "Ex" inscribed on the pill. It's not a brand name; it's an indicator that it works inside an Anti-Magic Field.

Blue text means sarcasm. Purple text means evil. White text is invisible.

I do personally commend the attempts to get tone across in writing. It's one of the only actual flaws of internet communication.

Caution: Do not taunt Red Fel.

Pregnant women, the elderly, and children under 10 should avoid prolonged exposure to Red Fel.

Red Fel may suddenly accelerate to dangerous speeds.

Discontinue use of Red Fel if any of the following occurs:
    • itching
    • vertigo
    • dizziness
    • tingling in extremities
    • loss of balance or coordination
    • slurred speech

Every time I read "Red Fel" only once in text, I say it twice more to add a miniscule percentage to a spontaneous summons

I am the prettiest, smartest, funniest and most skilled writer on this forum.

Unfortunately all the skill points are in underwater table tennis, I should probably invest a few in writing.

I also seem to mainly base video game purchases on how bad everybody claims the game is. Ultima IX has one of the worst control schemes I've seen in a third person RPG, and that's including Daggerfall. At least I picked up 1-6 at the same time.
