    Default Dragons don't like cheese!

    Now I don't know the specific mechanics, but aparantly the variant elf in Dragon Magic has the ability to lower creatures will saves. Now a wizard wold love to do this, and then proceed to obliterate the rules a physics in the cheesiest fashion... So is this true? I do not have access to Dragon Magic, but would love to verify ths.
