    Default Honeybun game

The room is cool, but you are warm underneath a layer of blankets. You open your eyes to a dimly lit, sparsely furnished room. There is a window to the east, your bed is beside the frame.

There are some trinkets resting on it, a small stone statue of a humanoid figure, a twisted looking stick, a vial of clear liquid, and a small, undecorated box with a simple latch.

The room consists of a bed, a desk and chair, a shelf, and two doors. The walls are made of stone, and the floor is the same. There is a rug on the floor reaching just under the bed, past the desk, and almost to the doors.

The bed, which you are currently snuggled into, has a pillow with a pale blue case, along with matching sheets, and a dark blue blanket.

The desk has a few papers on it, along with some pens. An opaque green bottle, a small bowl, and a strangely shaped cup of some kind.

The shelf has two books, another small, plain box, another statue, this one of wood, and a few rocks.

The two doors are on the west wall. One on the northern end, and one on the southern end. On the knob of the southern door, there hangs a cord with a rock or something on the end.

I stretch, feeling the cool blue sheets twist underneath me. What is this place, and how did I come to be here, I wonder as the room becomes clear in my sleepy vision.
The desk seems like a good place to start, as surely any notes there could only illuminate the situation.

As you stretch, waking from your slumber, the warmth escapes your blankets and you are now a bit chilly. You toss aside the sheets and stand. The rug feels soft under your feet. The room does not seem like a cage, or a prison, unless it is deceptive in it's appearance, but you don't quite remember the night before. Or the week... or anything. But, you are you, and that is all that matters. Whoever that may be.

The desk doesn't have any drawers, but there are the papers on top of it. There are a few quill pens scattered on top, and now you've moved closer you see a capped inkwell. Black ink. 'Swill Ink Best' It says on the little label. 'Standard Walnut' It says below in smaller print.

There are a total of seven papers on the desk, two of them blank.

One seems to be an assignment of some kind, with a little name printed messily at the top. 'M. Blackwell' The writing on it are in two different alphabets, though you can read them both. The more common script details a method of casting runes, and the more runic script seems to be the results of the reading. There is a second handwriting in a reddish ink that reads 'good work!' The reading seems to wonder about a historical event of some kind, as it mentions a 'Legend of Dusk.'

One is a list, some with little checks on them. 'Moonwater'-check. 'Brainstem' 'Arborillum' 'Calum Stone'-check. 'peas' 'Gober's Spit' 'Mule Wine' 'Helldusk'-check and 'crystal bowl of 25% purity'. These things mean nothing to you.

One seems to be a reminder 'Please remember to keep the Calum stone away from sunlight! Black bag, in the box.'
and 'DRINK WATER' are written on the same sheet.

One seems to be some instructions on how to cast a spell, involving complicated runes and crystals. Its a very cluttered bit of paper, but it doesn't say what the spell does.

The last is a time-table, for a "Billywarks' Instutitorium." This one is left near the top, just below the reminder. The first 'Study' is at noon. Looking out the window, you can see that it is not yet noon. It is early morning. Is today even a day you need to 'Study'? Uncertain.

The opaque green bottle has a cork in the top, and there is a peeling, faded label of 'A yrks E ery hing'.

The small bowl has decorative leaves carved into the white stone. You see, behind it, a stick for mashing. There is some black sand in the bowl, and bright red spheres.

The strangely shaped cup seems to have been made by hand. Inexperienced hand. It is un-glaze clay and there is a clear liquid inside of it.
