Demon help needed

New to the forum & new to DM'ing..me & my gang of 3 are playing a homebrew d&d 5e. To help ive purchased..along with some others..the below, im playin on tricking/trapping my gang in signing a deal with an imp..i've sorted the contract & was playin on using the below as debt collectors..but im totally stuck for stats!!! Ive do other home brew creatures but need these to suit the model..any help on creating the stats for these ??

That is another issue..we are starting at level 0..but by the tine they break the contract & they WILL break the contract.mwahahaha..im not sure what level they'll be at! But either as they are "debt collectors" i would like them to get gradually harder as they come to collect..if u see what i mean

Yeah thats them!!! By the time they cant paid a starting a CR of 2 👍🏻
