Spoiler: Identify ItemAs long as I don't physically touch it, I think I should be able to take 20 (I mean, we have time, and no noticeable mishap occurs on failed rolls) on Spellcraft (so it would be 25). However, if a roll is required, then my Spellcraft check is (1d20+5)[12]

You can't take 20 on spellcraft as it can't be attempted multiple times.
None of the items are magical, though the broach is likely fairly valuable.
