6 second sound-clips for bard songs?

So I'm thinking the next game I'm in I may go for a bard, be less of a front liner and settle into support for a bit.
An idea I've had bounce about in my head was to have a collection of ~6 seconds audio clips from songs and such (can be a little longer or shorter, 6 seconds is just the per-round target to aim for).
These would be for different moments of inspire, or as backing for bard spells just to give a bit of RP flavour at the table.
Example: Casting Heat Metal, in the background have 0:20-0:30 of Through the Fire and Flame by Dragonforce.
Song's needn't be great, just either thematically matched, or carry a relevant joke/pun connection in title or lyrics.

1. Suggestions for songs (with rough timestamps) to pair with specific situations/spells?
2. A good method of getting those sound bites isolated so I just hit 'play' without needing to fish for the exact moment in each song to use it on my turn?

Using a ringtone app like Zedge or something similar will give you countless short sound bytes when you look for notification sounds.

Look up phone ring tones. They're short enough to play in a round, convey a lot of personality in a short amount of time, free to download, and sometimes even come with a free virus. What a steal! ❤️

Here's a solution: your character is a skeleton and has a big coat full or brass instruments. Spells are him pulling one out and giving it a variant of

the intro line from Sympathy for the devil "please allow me to introduce myself" for any charming spell..
"anything you can do I can do better" for cutting words or a buff targeted to self

Inspire competence could be "You're simply the best", "I am the one and only" or anything from the soundtrack of a Rocky, Karate Kid or (my personal guilty favorite) Best Of The Best movie. (Or "We could be heroes", or... so many songs for this...)

Fear and confusion and such could be a good paranoid song, like Golden Earring's "Twilight zone", (I got the feeling) "Somebody's watching me" or S.P.O.C.K.'s "They are here". Charm spells could be any love song. Yes, especially if you're singing it to a random ogre. Invisibility and teleportation could be " Can't touch this".

Some of the best options might be songs where you only need to play the intro for instant recognition, like "My heart will go on" or "Eye of the tiger".

Literally anything on the bard spell list. If it came down to choosing optimised spells vs spells with good song pairings, I'd go with the song pairings just to have those moments.

Vicious Mockery/Cutting Words could be samples from any (competent) rap battle or dis track (Ice Cube - No Vaseline comes to mind).
Do Bards get any of the shelter spells? Leomunds, Mordenkainens? If so, Sweet Home Alabama.
Anything being cast on a witch: Witchy Woman - the Eagles.
Friends and possibly some other charm-style abilities could be Don't Give Hate a Chance - Jamiroquai (or really half of their back catalogue).
Anything being cast on undead could be Kerncraft 3000 - Zombie Nation or Jamie T - Zombie.

Might be worthwhile creating two lists, one for specific spells and one for situations.
One thing is for sure though, this thread is getting bookmarked for my next bard!

There may be some alternative or more localized options to consider (over here De Kabouterdans would be an option, maybe the Chicken Dance would be the best alternative in a group with old players, Thriller might work...) but the general idea should be the same.

Plenty of appropriate spells for that for a Lore Bard. Although if you're casting Fireball, I'd suggest "Goodness, Gracious" as used in the NSFW webcomic Chronicles of Zona @ barbarianprincess.com (among other appropriate songs as spells).
