Susie looked back at the firbolg as her minions gathered near her.
"Don’t worry about my pay. I just got it." She yapped her spellbook where the new sequence was recorded.
”Once this is done, I’ll have an Astral Fortress. Though I suppose my stormy friend may want something as well.”

Stormbringer whips her tail around behind her, "Some advice. Know your worth, never work for a penny less."

Susie half-smiled, and instructed Debbie to do the same. One of Debbie's teeth fell out.
"If that were true, you'd name your price instead of asking what she'd pay."

Stormbringer smirked back enjoying the verbal dance with a worthy partner, "It's also nice to know where you stand with others."

Katja turns to Stormbringer. "Force as needed, payment being the salvation of the land." She smiles in an honest, but tight lipped manner.

"We do, after all, live here. Don’t be worried. Xelios Fendrigar possessed untold riches. I’d go into more detail, but then they’d be told. Feel free to stay here if the hoard of Fendrigar and continuing to survive in a land with... life in it is not reward enough. Everyone coming, hold hands please." She looked at her undead servants as she spoke this command, and the three minions she had on hand followed her orders.
"Join the circle and make sure you're in physical contact," Susie instructed, withdrawing a black metal tuning fork from Ahinoam's backpack.
"You're going to feel like you're dying," she provided as context.
"We'll be briefly passing through the Shadowfell on our way over and your cells might try to eject themselves from you. Luckily, most humanoid brains are incapable of registering the absurd amount of pain this technically causes and you should only feel a slight numbness." She paused a moment.
"Though I haven't tested this with tieflings."
She then began chanting, carrying the party with her.
"Tahul Alttayira: NamatʾAbjadī wahid thlatht eshr!"

And we shall vanish, pass through the Shadowfell and then arrive at our destination!

"salvation, salvation, salvation... fine but you owe me one." Stormbringer says to Katja then clasps her hand on Susie's shoulder. "See? My work is priceless and I am needed to save the world. I'll take my own payment along the way. Let's go save the world."

The sensation of pulling overcomes your body, like every atom of your being being stretched like cellular taffy. You feel infinite vistas of deathly cold in the space between the atoms in your body, the very manifestation of the chill of death invading your being for what seems like an eternity that only lasts a split second. The thoroughly disorienting experience sends you reeling as you fool your bodies be viciously pulled back into composure in chilly and damp air. As the spots fade from your vision, you find yourselves in a cramped, unlit space. The small chamber can't be more than 15 by 15, holding only the teleportation chamber and thoroughly vine-coated walls. The room feels ancient and claustrophobic. Looking about, you don't see any obvious exits.

Stormbringer tries to feel the walls passed the vines. If she can start knocking of the walls to find perhaps a hollow spot where a door might be or at least another room beyond the wall.

"An understandable precaution. General, if you wouldn’t mind, could you and your mare take a look through this wall?“ Susie selected the wall directly to her right at random.
”If it seems safe enough, can you get us all through or is there some limit?“

She directs Sleepnear to try to push open what she suspects is a hidden door. If that fails she just tries to have the nightmare and herself go into the ethereal plane and move through where the door/wall is and back into the material plane once on the other side. Dawn also notices that behind the vines on this wall is an intricate mural, set into which are small gems. Nap is rubbing her body against a small ruby set against the bottom of the mural. As you look around, you see that all of the walls have a similar mural, but this one is the only one set with gems. If you'd like to clear away the vines for a better look, you may do so.

Sleepnear pushes to no avail. You get the feeling that this is not a wall that can be easily opened by brute force alone.

Seeing the nightmare bounce off the wall, Susie remembered a bit of Planar Lore.
"We must not be bordering the ethereal plane. At least we found that out while not in any immediate danger. Now, if there’s plants here there must be some source of moisture...”
She clapped her hands and popped her bat into existence.
”Are there any walls that you can see, but not hear, Terese?”

wandering over to the vines dawn clears them away cutting them back if needed, then will inspect and investigate the gems

When Susie saw the vines being removed, she quickly followed suit, sending a ghostly green hand from her staff and to the vines. It wrapped around one vine at a time, rotting them in its touch.

The vines collectively burn and wither away, revealing a stone mural that stretches over the four walls of the stone box. On the wall with the gems set in at various random intervals is an image of swirling smoke and the occasional glimmering star. On the other walls are an array of images, feeding into each other across the remaining three panels. In order, you see a set of hands holding tools, a shield with a beautiful woman's profile on it, a bleeding dagger, a crystalline spear, and chains around a smoky orb. The last image is larger than all the rest, it seems as if the carver of the mural wanted to prioritize and exemplify this image.

The gems in the wall are each a different color. There's a ruby, an amethyst, some obsidian, some white quartz, an emerald. Each is about dime sized, and can be pushed inwards, as Dream discovers.

Susie sent out her ghostly hand once more, this time not to rot but to grasp. She had her Mage Hand push in, in sequence:

"I was more comfortable when I was in a group where I was called 'the crazy one,'" the obsessed necromancer bent on overthrowing the gods commented as she tried two new sequences.
