The Riddle of Steel was specifically designed to capture the Hyborian Age. But, it's out of print.

GURPS (3-4e) with the Conan supplement (3e).

Barbarians of Lemuria is rules lite but also very versatile and also specifically designed to emulate the Hyborian Age.

Scarlet Heroes is a pretty solid D&D-based game made specifically for one on one gaming in sword and sorcery settings. It's also fully compatible with most old-school materials, which is pretty helpful.

Modiphius' "Conan: Adventures in an Age Undead Of" may be a good fit.

You could consider the Conan board game. It's a skirmish game for a gamemaster and 1- 3 players with the GM playing all the baddies and the players controlling 1 hero character.

It comes with lots of scenarios and is a decent deal for just the figures. There are also lots of fan made scenarios. There's no roleplaying, but we always engaged in table banter and you could easily add deeper roleplay between combat encounters.
