Greater Anyspell

So I was looking at Incantatrix PrC and wondering if a cleric of the spell domain or an archivist with greater anyspell allows them to qualify for the PrC which has a requirement of being able to cast 4th level arcane spells. I assume yes. Also incantatrix gives you bonus level of class so its no problem adding on the divine caster levels for the PrC.

As long as the abilities you described explicitly state that the bearer of the ability can cast arcane spells as arcane spells, then yes. Something that merely allowed a divine caster to cast spells from an arcane list wouldn't for example.
