Default Let's Play Tintin and the Prisoners of the Sun

    First Part: Here.

So. Tintin and the Prisoners of the Sun is a platformer for the Gameboy Color (and a few other consoles that we aren't playing it on). It's one that I have a great deal of nostalgia for - I'm a big fan of Tintin, and we had this game when I was a kid. I played this alongside Pokemon and the like. I played it a ton, but never beat it.

Was my nostalgia misplaced? We'll see.

    Second Part Here.

A stealth section? Sure, why not. Also, we eventually reach the Hell of Minigames.

I hate the Hell of Minigames.

This game looks surprisingly cool! The animations are pretty nice

The game does look pretty nice for something that came out 20 years ago on the Gameboy Color. And I'll be honest with you, I got tunes from the game stuck in my head for years after I stopped playing it as a kid.

On the other hand... the game hasn't begun to show off its nasty side.

    Part 3: Here.

This is the video where the game starts to get downright rude. But hey, at least we're still making progress, right?

    Right?

Funny coincidence. I am currently playing an orchestral suite with pieces from the musical.

Watching the game is fun but I guess I would never have enjoyed playing it. Much too frustrating.

The music is fantastic. I'm glad that you're playing the classics .

I'm glad that you're enjoying the videos - the frustration mainly comes from the game being pretty old-school as far as platformers go. If you took out the minigames and made some of the spikes you have to jump over a tiny bit smaller, it would be fantastic.

I'll be honest, I'm not exactly fond of the end of this game.

And no, we're not ending today. We're just making the number in the upper-right corner go up. And up. And up.

THE TYRANT IS DEAD! I'm done with this game, and I will never have to play it again.

I hope everyone who watched the end enjoyed themselves. Because then at least someone got something out of it.
