Posting for a friend

Hi, this is AstralFire. Suddenly can't post or really do anything, including PMing people. I changed my email and password early this morning (KST) and never got a validation email at either my old email address (which I still have access to but barely use) or the new email address. I attempted to register a new account that could post on the tech support forum, but that account's associated email address also never got a validation email. Have checked spam folders, and the email domains involved are all major (comcast.net and gmail.com).

I understand Fax doesn't come here often so I don't want to force them to be a go-between if it's avoidable. Please contact me either at the email that is currently on file for the account AstralFire, or via twitter as @SunsetteSkye. If that's not possible, of course, I'll refresh here and irritate Fax in sending more messages for me if absolutely necessary. >_>

Not sure how to handle this but my friend is unable to retrieve her account.

Wasn't a password issue, but can confirm email sending is working again -- I changed the email address and can post once more! Thanks.
