    Default Update Of My Weight Loss

    Today I went to metabolic monitoring and the nurse practitioner check my weight. Last time I lost 245 lbs to 222 lbs and now I lost 222 lbs to 204 lbs. (18 pounds) So altogether I lost 41 pounds with my weight loss journey. I don't feel heavy anymore.

    good on you buddy, keep after it. i've plateaued it seems, but i'm down a total of 125, so i can't complain.

    At least, it is for now. Once you get down below 200 I'm going to start feeling envy instead because I haven't been able to do that despite years of hoping without really trying.

    Thanks, everybody. I've been losing weight by the past 6 months and I feel so much better after I lost so much weight.

    Nice! 245 down to 204 is a *huge* accomplishment. 17% of your total weight. I wonder what % of your fat you lost.

    How you feeling? More energetic? Walking/jogging easier?

    Congratulations. I am struggling with my above 110kg (242 lbs). I am aiming for 90 (198) but not really doing anything effective. Any insight on what you are doing, and what you are doing differently?

    Oddly enough I am trying to get this pandemic thing to eat cleaner and less often (to reduce my shopping and leave more for others), but this might just distract myself from my lack of moving.

    Well, I cut off the junk food, eat healthy foods and exercise.
