Need a map of Los Angeles CA, USA for a game!

Hello!

I am running a d20 modern game based on Wildbow's "Worm" and its related works, but I am not a resident of LA, nor do I know area.

Does anyone have a basic map of LA and it's neighborhoods that I can use? Google give very complex or cluttered resources that are not usable for what I need.

For those who are interested:

The setting is LA 1995, the players are member of the LA PRT (that is to say, non-parahumans). the PRT/Protectorate has only been established for about 2 years, and the players are part of an investigation into local non affiliated capes. Things will of course escalate, but the story is meant to stay local, with the main story line/background events of "Worm" happening behind the scenes and peripherally effecting the players.

If you like science fiction and/or superheroes, this is a must read. It's very dark, and escalation is a major theme.

Whenever I need a map, I go to my local office of the AAA.

If you're a member, just walk in and ask for a map of LA. Free maps are part of the membership.



EDIT: If you're not in too much of a hurry, I could get one for you. Wouldn't cost but a dollar or so to mail.

Maps of LA look cluttered because LA is huge and cluttered. Hope this suits your needs.

LA is prohibitively large and complex for such a usage, perhaps, but may I suggest using the map of Los Santos, from GTA? It's inspired by LA, but is a manageable size, perhaps.
