Ability Score Increase
Undine are closely attuned to the waters of the world. As such, they increase their Wisdom score by 2.

Size
Undine stand about as tall as humans do. Your size is Medium.

Speed
On land, Undine are as fast as any other race. Your land speed is 30'. But in the water, they can swim circles around landlubbers. You also have a swim speed of 40'.

Darkvision
Accustomed to seeing in the murky depths, you have Darkvision out to 60'.

Amphibious
Undine can breathe both air and water without difficulty.

Subraces
Undine come in various varieties. The main two (for PCs) are Depths Dwellers and Neried Descendants.

Siren Song
Once per long rest, you may let out a siren song as an action, alluring and charming those nearby. Anyone who can hear you within 20' must make a Wisdom save, against a DC of 8+your Charisma modifier+your Proficiency modifier. On a failed save, they are charmed by you for one minute so long as you continue to sing, and will approach you as best they can without harming themselves. They may repeat the save any time they take damage.

Beginning at 5th level, you may perform a Siren Song once every short rest.

Beginning at 11th level, you may begin a Siren Song as a bonus action.

I’m not sure where this races comes from but, Neried Descendants seem to be more interesting due to their charm ability.

Seems like a race that might be fey in nature, which can be added, and as such perhaps better suited for +1 Cha as base and a variable +1 Con or +1 Dex/Int for subraces. Wisdom is generally reserved for races that have to survive in natural environments, not those that are magically in tune with and perhaps personifications of them.

If the race is not fey in nature, the overlap with triton feels a bit too strong.

Maybe make the race female only if we are going by traditional imagery?

I would perhaps also add advantage against being grappled to Depth Dwellers or some other ribbon as it seems the much more boring of the two.
