I gave it a look since I like DC, not really my kind of comic so not much to say, but two of your jokes went over like lead balloons:

The pronoun/two-spirit joke was just awful, and
The ... er ... bit Talia Al-Ghul does is very unclear if you're making fun of grimdark writing or if you think that sort of thing is inherently funny.

I have a pretty high tolerance for offensive humor at my own expense if it's clever or insightful in some way, but I just felt jarred and bored, which isn't a great reaction to provoke if you're going on a hot button issue.

The Talia bit is probably because she's most famous for raping Batman to conceive his child. It's reference humor. The whole comic is basically constant references to comic stories.

In general I'm not a fan of reference humor, but I could see it appealing to someone who is.

I get the reference, but if you're going to make the joke on that subject, it's best you bring a little more heft and clarity to it

Also, that joke is from Blazing Saddles.

I like your work, although I agree with AstralFire about the non-binary joke.

I would guess that that is because equating multiple personality disorder* and a gender identity (especially one coined by First Nation Americans) is in bad taste at best and downright insulting at worst.
