Default Re: Mr. Black has been murdered! Clue

    All redundant hints deleted.

    3. The Candlestick is not the weapon.
    4. The Revolver is not the weapon.
The Lead Pipe is not the weapon.
    8. The Kitchen is not the room.
    18. The Ballroom is not the room.
The Study is not the room.
Prof. Plum is not the suspect.
Ms. Scarlet is not the suspect.

    7. Colonel Mustard must have done it in the Dining Room (If he did it at all).
    17. If the Lead Pipe is the weapon, the room must be the Dining Room.

    9. Mrs. Peacock cannot have used the Lead Pipe.
    17. If the Lead Pipe is the weapon, the room must be the Dining Room.

    10. If the Library is the room, then the suspect must be Professor Plum.
    11. If the Library is the room, then the weapon must be the Candlestick.
It's gotta be Prof. Plum in the Library with the Candlestick or bust. No candlestick, so it's all bust.

    12. Mrs. White cannot have committed the crime in the Study.
    5. The Rope must have been used by Mrs. White (if it was used at all).

    14. If the Study is the room then the weapon must be the Lead Pipe.
    17. If the Lead Pipe is the weapon, the room must be the Dining Room.
If the lead pipe is the weapon, the room must be two separate rooms. Thus, the weapon is not the lead pipe.

    16. If the Knife is the weapon, the room must be the Billiard Room.
    6. Mrs. Scarlet must have used the Knife (if she used anything at all).
    17. If the Lead Pipe is the weapon, the room must be the Dining Room.
    19. If Mrs. Scarlet is the suspect, the room must be the Dining Room.
We can safely conclude that Ms. Scarlet is not the culprit, as she can't use the knife in the Billiards Room at the same time as the pipe in the Dining Room.

    (20 onwards are new.)
I think that's all I can know for sure right now. Maybe I missed something, who knows.

I'm gonna guess Ms. Peacock in the Dining Room with the Lead Pipe.

See that cool Teifling? Thanks, potatopeelerkin! If you want something like it, they have more avatars up for adoption in the thread with the same name...

Hey, I have an extended signature now!

You know the drill: Mrs White with the Wrench in the conservatory.
Cleric of the Random Number God. All hail RNGesus!

Never played D&D and perpetually clueless in Werewolf/Mafia.

Werewolf games won: 5 (as town, wolf, evil mutant, town again and Russian spy. Don't ask.)

Werewolf games lost: 1 (as survivor)

Number of deaths: 2 ( horribly murdered by Valmark, Xihirli and Lord Athos for no particular reason night one; killed night two for being the Seer) and now I have to get rid of all my lovely white text. Damn you, wolves!

While we've ruled out Mrs. Peacock using two of the blunt instruments, she could've done her bludgeoning with the Wrench instead. I'll bet she struck Mr. Black from behind as he entered the Lou...

...except it looks like the evidence has been reinterpreted such that the Wrench was never in the Lounge. Never mind.

However, Mrs. Peacock could have brought the Wrench to the Billiards Room instead.

Also, my new theory is that Mrs. Scarlet stabbed Mr. Black with the knife in the Billiards Room.
My bad, in that case, you shall get a twofer:

If the Billiard Room is the room, the suspect must be Prof. Plum.

the Knife is not the weapon.

If Mrs. White is the subject, the room must be the Hall.

    Sorry, haha.

Finally got round to making a spreadsheet, and I'm pretty sure I've solved this. It would have been my guess anyway: Mrs White, with the wrench, in the hall. Am I right?

Hope everyone had fun, I've been watching Snowblaze creep closer and closer to the right guess, so I kind of saw this coming .

I was going to ask how you eliminated Mustard/Wrench/Dining, but it looks like the OP responded to a Dining Room guess by saying the Kitchen isn't the room.

Sorry , if I do this again sometime I'll be more careful.
