favorite OOTS relationship tournament??

Man the top half is stacked. Both of these could have easily made the finals, and the winner of this one will probably face Redcloak and Xykon. None of the ones in the lower half are nearly as interesting.

This is super hard. Both relationships stand likely to have a major impact in the resolution of the plot, though Redcloak's might remain more static. For this reason I'm going with:

Xykon & Redcloak. Mr. Scruffy is a good kitty, but he's not a terribly compelling character in his own right. His interactions with Belkar are really just about Belkar learning empathy and maturity, whereas Xykon & Redcloak's relationship is quite nuanced and has a lot of interesting history between two complex characters, not to mention it's been building up to a climax ever since SoD!

Durkon & Belkar, I love Belkar's character arc and this relationship is a major part. Roy and Eugene are a very interesting relationship (not good, Eugene is of course terrible and can suck it) but I prefer reading Belkar development to reading Eugene drama.
