I saw on one of my friend Youtube thumbnail that Sephiroth is the new Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

It's usually just the hair, and/or some other distinctive facial feature. (Eg. Snake's beard, Joker's mask, Lucina's "Marth" mask...a lot of masks, come to think of it). Sometimes he changes in an unusual way, but that's mostly for people who don't really have anything else. Like, Pac-Man has no hat or hair, so Kirby gets his face. For Corrin, Kirby gets their dragon form's head. Steve makes Kirby block-y.
Although, like Shulk, he might just get whatever tool he uses for the neutral special-although that was mostly because Shulk doesn't carrying the Monado by default.elephants are made of carbon
