Look, it's a game of gentlemen and ladies in summer dresses and parasols.

Unfortunately for some reason they seem to have switched from the traditional garb to these white uniforms, it's a crying shame.

Probably because, for some reason, gentlemen tend to have an unfounded aversion to summer dresses and parasols.

Hey everybody my phone was on the fritz yesterday. I tried to call all my friends on the phone multiple times but there was no answer. I talk to my older brother about this and he rebooted my phone. I managed to get most of my contacts and apps again. From what I hear the phone malfunction surge we're affected worldwide. I wonder if everyone else we're affected by it?

Honestly mostly an excuse to drink as there was a blue law exception. . . but had to dress it up with the parasols to make it seemed cultured. . . because sporting but not too much.

as for the galactic atrocities. . . well those are a darned shame. . . perhaps a nice chilled wine or would you prefer something bit stronger?

Not even kind of helpful, but seeing "blue" and "drink" in the same sentence made me think of the time that I got cream soda that looked like Windex.

That sounds like a funny drink to have.

Blue (and not the purple/indigo stuff-sky to aquamarine) food and drink can often be rather disturbing on an "this isn't right" kinda level.

So can be used for all sorts of messing with your friends type jokes....just mildly disturbing...just sitting there.

Hitting cabbage with the right ph is a personal fav on this front.

Depending on who you listen to, there was either a massive DOS (denial of service) attack on mobile carriers, or T-Mobile made some network changes that went badly. And since most networks actually share assets to some degree, it affected more than T-Mobile.

I had no problems on my end, but did hear about them from friends elsewhere in the country.

Maybe it's fixed in later series, but to me it was just too unstructured and slow, taking too long to reach the actual topic.

Cannot catch a break. Now my watch went and reset itself. It's been a bit fuzzy - the display sometimes fades out - but it completely played up this morning Wondered if it might be the battery opened it up to see if I could change it, and apprently at some pint in the last couple of decades, they'd put a cover over the mattery so you can't change it. Naturally, buttons now don't all work, but it as still being fuzzy, so I ordered a new one. Didn't last very long this time, only 18 months. The previous one still works though (the light's barely functional though, and the strap had gone). But my habit of not throwing stuff away just in case and having used the exact same make of watch for thrity years meant I not only have a back-up working (as I go ABSOLUTELY SPARE if I don't have a sense of time), I could cannibalise the new one's strap for the old one. (The strap breaking has always been the most common cause of failure with my watches - the in old days, I could trot through town and spend a couple of quid to have a new watch strap, but not any more).

That at least gives me a functional watch until the new one arrives.

Dammit, though, I had to nearly a quid more than last time. Which isn't as funny as it sounds, since it was basically the same price until the last five or six years.

(Apparently, it's "vintage" now according the Amazon's main list. Thanks...)

And still no printer part, and is siling it down, so no chance of spray varnishing the first lot of stuff, nor or black-spraying the second lot, even if I wanted to.

Still my uncle's still ay Nanny's so, when I got and do my usual jobs there today it won't be empty (not looking forward to next week when it'll be empty, but it'll be a different sort of empty to previously).

Edit: HAH. Because of course I did this right away, never though to check the warrentee, which is two years, so it's technically still there. Well, sent a message to Casio anyway, though I suspect at the point I took the back off and then cannibalised the strap it's kind of screwed, but sometimes you gotta ask anyway.

Has something has gone horribly wrong with this sentence, I'm guessing with the autocorrect? Or am I just failing to parse it?

Ya know, it'd be really fun to claim that was an English idiom, but I don't think I'd have enough support from others to make it fly.
