Interesting (and goofy) NPC suggestions
I'm starting a long term DND game soon and I'd love some fun NPC ideas to put on my random table. The games going to be heavy sandbox so if you've got some cool quest ideas I'd be very grateful.

A tamale salesman -- who always shows up RIGHT when the PCs are hungry with his cart.

Rick the On Time Tamale salesman has been added to the list. After first meeting Rick he shows up any time they're hungry, even in prison or in the bowels of hell. He's dedicated like that.
