Default I'm Working Out A Lot

I've been working out since last August or September and I lost a lot of weight. Also, I'm getting a six-pack with my abs. I'm so glad that I enjoying working out.

Losing weight isn't necessarily a good thing.

If I lost 20lbs my family would be very worried, but if I gained 20lbs my family would be happy.
(I'm not anorexic just really kinda thin.)

Well, I understand that if you're underweight but that not necessarily for me in my situation. I used to weight about by 245 lbs and I lost so much weight and now I'm less than 204 lbs.

Congrats on getting to your goals! If your goal was losing fatty tissue to be healthier, and you are getting to those goals, then congrats!!! Weight control is difficult, even for those with great genetics. Seeing the results of your hard work is very satisfying. Believe me, I know! I've been on the same journey for a couple of years. I've almost flipped my body composition from a flabby and sick 260 to a strong and muscular 225. The checkup I had before my journey started had me around 32% body fat, and no wonder I was pre-diabetic and sick/tired all the time. While the weight loss has been great, getting to just over 20% body fat has completely changed my life. I went down to less than 10g of refined sugar a day, cut out alcohol and excessive carbs (bye bye pizza and bread), and started cooking for myself. No more takeout! It was months before lock down that I last had takeout. No fast-food in years either. I now know what goes into my food, and I've learned how to make better choices. My meal sizes are a third of what they were, and I eat twice a day because my body is getting the nutrients it needs!

Also, it really depends on the given situation; you need to consider genetics, biological sex, height, food quality, rest/recuperation, and body composition in making certain statements and choices. Generally speaking, a 5'10'' male being in the low 200's is considered overweight by some definitions, even if that extra weight is healthy muscle tissue. If that extra weight is adipose tissue, then you're opening yourself up to serious medical problems. Small amounts of visceral fat tissue around organs can seriously interfere with the operation of those organs. Obesity kills.
Funny, I always figured I'd be killed by a paladin.
So, what you're saying is we rolled a 1 on our credit check?

What matters the most is your Fat to Muscle Mass ratio. For example, Dwain Jhonson weights 118 kg (270 lbs). However, most of it comes from muscle mass instead of fat.

Which btw for me has gone downhill now that gyms were closed. Thanks Covid19.

Eh, I'm not a big fun of cardio as I'm a heavy smoker, and running makes me loose my breath pretty quickly. More into weight lifting.

Either way, I'm way more motivated in a gym, wile at home, I'll get bored in 15-20 minutes of excercise.
