I heard of a movie about a husband getting killed by a gang riding vehicles. And they get menaced by a mysterious individual riding a bike. It turns out it’s his wife in the final scene. I tried looking at the Wraith it’s not that. It’s a female protagonist instead

Never seen it and the premise is not exactly as you outlined it but you wouldn't be thinking of The Stranger?

The thought it might, but the woman’s identity isn’t revealed till the last scene. And I think she was Mexican I’m not too sure.
