ive found that. but there is no Category for rings. Thats why iam asking

do you mean there arent rings in the game? because there are, they even have two slots.
if you meant no specific feats to reduce ring crafting, well, the reductions apply to ALL itemcrafting..... unless otherwise specified.

If you can find some of the stuff you want on weaponry (like spell storing, maybe?) then craft yourself a +1 arrow and add morphing. Add all the weapon enhancements you want at 1/50 the cost (since it's ammo), then use morphing to turn it into a poison ring (Dragon Compendium). Now wear it as a ring.

It won't reduce the ring enhancements per se, but it's still a very valuable item, since stuff like warning and eager make for great static enhancements no matter the body slot they're worn on.
