a few questions regarding spells 3.5e

1. spirtual weapon - does it take up a space or can it co exist with another being, whether friend or foe?

2. Divine favor - the actual book ive got says it goes up to a max of +3 to hit and damage, but on pdf version of book ive seen it goes up to a +6, which is correct?

Might have a few more questions later on, but thats it for now.

1) While I can't direct you to a specific ruling, I don't think it would take up a space of its own. Creatures of tiny size and smaller don't take up a square, and all but the largest weapons for a medium-size creature are that small.

2) The spell was changed in the official errata to top out at +3. You can download errata files here: http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/errata
