is Table Titans dead?

As the title says. I understand that they just did some sort of kickstarter/ patreon stuff but the comic hasn't been updated in months and they've only put up like 6 pages in the last year or so.

I think so. This isn't the first side project Scott has done this to.

They must not have any intern to do the art for it at the moment.

Well, Mr. Kurtz just posted an update. He says he's working on some other related work with some of the same characters when they were younger. We can expect not to get any updates until the related work is done, and, once it is, we'll very likely see that work before any possible continuation of the story we'd been following up until last year.

He'd also, naturally, like any financial support we could extend to him to work on it.

Given that he seems to have rebooted his flagship strip some 15-18 years into the future, I think he's doing a bunch of stuff.

That's a shame, I loved the comic and my Table Titans DM screen I got at PAX way back when is still my personal favorite to use.

Perhaps Scott Kurtz is trying to make Table Titans more of an authentic RPG experience by finding some reason for stopping the campaign every time you begin to get involved.
