Obviously, a wizard researched and cast the homebrew spell Flaming Squirrel Strike.

Re: What happend here in Dnd 3.5 terms?
I would say the Squirrel had rolled 20's on the chewing, rolled a 1 on the Fort save for massive damage, and then a 20 on the kamikaze strike.
Funny, I always figured I'd be killed by a paladin. So, what you're saying is we rolled a 1 on our credit check?

Re: What happend here in Dnd 3.5 terms?
Let us observe a moment of solemn silence for the squirrel.
Apart from many natural 20s (on Fortitude vs. Massive damage too), nothing to add but it's the best news report ever - thanks for linkingThere is no good and evil. There is only more and less.

Re: What happend here in Dnd 3.5 terms?
Squirrel fumbled its Knowledge:Electrical Engineering roll and decided "power lines = delicious good eats."
Nom nom nom....BZZZZZT!
Then squirrel fumbled its Fort save against massive electrical damage.
Then squirrel caught fire for annoying the DM.
Then squirrel took extra "insult to injury" falling damage.
Then the 'unattended object' car fumbled its save against flaming plummeting squirrel (no one and nothing has DR/flaming plummeting squirrel).Last edited by bosssmiley; 2007-10-28 at 12:54 PM.

I think he damaged the engine, and caused a retributive strike.

It was obviously an awakened squirrel, who had taken levels in Elemental Savant.
