Anyone know a decent yoga channel where the person talks in a normal voice?

So this is one of those personal peeves that matter to a small number of people, but I hate the "soothing" or "whispery" voice people do. It feels like nails on a chalk board, just immediately makes me irrationally irritable. This makes doing yoga somewhat difficult as both online and in person yogi seem to prefer this voice.

Oh man, I didn't mind yoga but I hated that Yoga Voice.

Look into hot yoga. I don't necessarily endorse some of their underlying beliefs (the benefits of working out in 40°C is a bit questionable beyond some sort of macho self-discipline attitude) but their instructors tend to be more matter-of-fact and it's a great workout. This is a good example on youtube.

Hot yoga was exactly where I learned to hate the yoga voice, for what it's worth. So it's going to be entirely dependent on the instructor.

I got at least one channel though, so even if the field isn't all good at least I got one good channel out of it :)

Supposedly it's to give your lungs and muscles a more intense experience. I theorize it's done to get upper-middle-class people an activity normal people would not otherwise do, so they can have a form of elitism to maintain the image of their higher status while pretending to enjoy it, since technology has disseminated more traditional recreation to the masses, while maintaining a more nebulous gate (rather than a physical one) to keep out the commoners.
