Thread gets a 403 response

So I clicked on the thread in the 3.5 Subforum called Two Different Species of Dragons having eggs together? Half Dragon Dragons? (I've linked it) and I get a 403 telling me its forbidden.

It was posted within 24 hours, so it shouldn't be locked.

It is not locked - the thread can be accessed with this link (removing the name of the thread and keeping just its ID). I suspect, therefore, that something in the title is breaking the general link.

It's not the only one I've seen with this problem: this one does too - which is inconvenient when it has interesting things said by The Giant in it.

Maybe it is titles involving dragons and question marks?

Im not sure, I just find it odd that me clicking on it and trying to get to it in the same way I do for every other thread doesn't work. Or the fact that I've never seen this before.

I can't see the thread from the forum, alternate link from Wolf does not allow me to post in it but I can see it.

Edit: Apparently it posted but was giving me the error anyway.

I suspect that the redirect after posting also uses the same generic link with the name of the thread, thus also failing.

ETA: yes, it's a blink-and-you'll-miss it, but when posting, you see it pop up.
