How Do You Become A Moderator And Admin In This Forum?
I'm just very curious about how do you become a moderator and admin in this forum? Do you provide special training to become a moderator and admin in this forum? And if anyone asked if I want to be a moderator and admin in this forum, no I can't handle the pressure of the responsibility.

Sheriff: It was slightly different back in the old days, but for the last couple rounds of new moderators, we put out a call here for volunteers and nominations. From those folks we winnow down to those we think would make the best moderators, do interviews, and have a lengthy and extensive training process.
