Re: Sermil and the Banter of Randomness: Random Banter #228
My (remaining) dog has lung cancer and is scheduled to be euthanized in under 6 hours.
I use braces (also known as "curly brackets") to indicate sarcasm. If there are none present, I probably believe what I am saying; should it turn out to be inaccurate trivia, please tell me rather than trying to play along with an apparent joke I don't know I'm making.

Re: Sermil and the Banter of Randomness: Random Banter #228
Let's see, a global pandemic that was supposed to be relatively minor if you weren't in the "at-risk" group that didn't get the memo complete with an army of sovereign citizens and aren't coming out of the woodwork to actively refuse/sabotage all reasonable saft measures and conspiracy nuts spreading bullcrap and the plague in equal amounts.
A bunch of stuff related to that that I can't get into becuase of forum rules.
Pretty much anything bad that could happen does happen to a lot of people.
The planet's on fire.
There's a new Twilight Novel coming out.
Yep, 2020 doesn't know when to stop.
Remember 2016? When people were seeing evil clowns everywhere and we never got an explanation for it? Can we go back to that? I felt safer when that was happening.I also answer to Bookmark and Shadow Claw.

Re: Sermil and the Banter of Randomness: Random Banter #228
And 2020 doesn't do just the big stuff, though does it? Not just all that and loads of people dying for completely unrelated reasons, no, it ensures that even the most trivial of details are completely bad.
Right down to stuff like "inexplicably can't get emails from Catalyst Labs to get on the BattleTech forums because they don't even know why, but can from the store, everyone is equally baffled."
No, 2020 has spent the effort to go just that little bit further, so that there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to escape anything without its misery being inflicted on everyone, no matter who, when, why, where and how.

Did you ever get that "explore other universes" thing down, Bleakbane?
Becuase I'd like to go hide in the Marvel universe for a few months. "Fascists governments, regular alien invasions, and giant robots regularly commit genocide" is preferable to the world as it is now.I also answer to Bookmark and Shadow Claw.

Why is this forum filled with people who are clearly poorly disguised models?
And I've not had my hair done in about ten months, but that's intentional *swooshes hair*
So I was planning to maybe pick up a Swiitch Liite to play with on my week and a half's holiday starting this weekend, but even secondhand units cost £190! How am I meant to afford that, I know my paycheck has just come in but most of that will be going straight back out soon.

The stars predict tomorrow you'll wake up, do a bunch of stuff, and then go back to sleep.~ That's your horoscope for today.

Well if you are a member of my genetic lineage, your second chin tends to hook into your jowls and cheeks to make a circle around your chin which is... Less then ideal. It's also seemingly a dominant trait, as all descendants of Great-Grandma look like little clones of her.

Re: Sermil and the Banter of Randomness: Random Banter #228
So I have found a new hobby: watching farming vlogs on Youtube (particularly Gold Shaw Farm.)
I am skeptical I will ever take this interest to actuality, but I will admit as someone who grew up and still lives with their parents on an an acreage, moving to the city is not particularly appealing, even if it would be more convenient.
That process is a ways off yet, but it's more introspective of where my interests have been drawn to of late.

I agree, I guess. It's just most people seem to have these weird personal preferences, like large chests.
Of course, that's the only way I'm straight in.
Could be worse, I once meet an Awakened Funko Pop.
Also, I once spent twenty minutes trying to convince somebody that the Alphonse Elric Funko Pop is the only one that actually worked.
