    Question Book plus Author jokes

    So this is a style of joke I liked as a kid and I just don't think there's enough of. The idea is you state the name of a ridiculous hypothetical book with an author who's name is a pun that relates to it.

    So starting off with a classic:

    "Fifty Yards to the Outhouse"
    by Willy Maikit, with illustrations by Betty Diddent
