Default GPT-3 for inspiring homebrew tabletop mechanics

So, I managed to get API access to GPT-3 (which, from what I hear is so big that it requires 11 GPUs to fit the model into memory). Of course this means using it to generate stuff for tabletop RPGs! It's meh at mechanics, but if you ask for short summary blurbs then it's naming sense is pretty nice and it comes up with some plausible starting points to homebrew spells. It can get a bit repetitive sometimes so I deleted obvious repeats, but otherwise this is an example of the kind of thing you can get it to output.

    Spell: Mist Song
Effect: By chanting this spell, the caster is able to create a small pocket of mist in an otherwise clear space.

Spell: The Light of Other Days
Effect: By focusing on a moment in the past, the caster can cause the light in the area to become as it was at that moment. In this way, one can summon a bit of the past into the present, or even summon the past into the present, by causing a small area to revert to the light of days long since past.

    Spell: Soul's Eye
Effect: This spell causes the caster to see the connections between people and things, as well as their past, present, and future. It can be used to predict the future, and in some cases, can be used to alter it.

    Spell: Stilled Heart
Effect: By focusing on a single object, the caster is able to suspend it in time. This is a temporary effect, as the object returns to normal after a few seconds.

    Spell: Storm in a Bottle
Effect: By focusing on a single storm, the caster can gather its fury and hold it in a glass bottle, causing it to build up until it eventually explodes.

    Spell: Touch of the Inscrutable
Effect: By touching someone, the caster can sense what they think of themselves, as well as what they think of other people. This allows the caster to know exactly what they need to say to get what they want from someone.

    Spell: Emanation of the Timeless
Effect: By concentrating, the caster can temporarily transform their own body into pure time, causing them to appear as a blurry, shapeless being with a distorted voice. While in this state, they can move at incredible speeds and pass through solid objects.

    Spell: Time Out
Effect: By focusing on a single person, the caster freezes time for them, causing them to be unable to move for the duration of the spell.

Spell: Summoning the Master of Time
Effect: The caster summons the master of time, a being with incredible power over time itself. It has been described as a being of many faces, who can change their appearance at will. The master of time is able to grant a person the ability to travel back in time to any point in their own lifetime.

    Spell: Nothing Left Behind
Effect: By focusing on an object, the caster can remove it from existence, leaving behind only an invisible residue that fades away over time.

    Spell: The Fifth Door
Effect: The caster creates a door that opens onto the ethereal plane, allowing ethereal beings to enter the material world.

    Spell: The Vault
Effect: By focusing on a place, the caster can open a portal to a pocket dimension.

    Spell: Drawing Down the Moon
Effect: By focusing on a place, the caster can open a portal to the realm of the moon.

    Spell: Temporal Anomaly
Effect: By focusing on a specific object, the caster can cause that object to experience a time dilation, allowing them to speed up or slow down time for the object.

    Spell: Ghost's Touch
Effect: The caster is able to touch a ghost and bring it back to the material plane.

    Spell: Conjure the Black Sun
Effect: The caster summons a black sun, a small, dark, spherical object that radiates a powerful aura of negativity.

    Spell: Spatial Reconfiguration
Effect: The caster is able to distort the space around them, changing the layout of a room and causing any door to open to any place in the world.

    Spell: Stolen Time
Effect: The caster is able to create a small pocket dimension where time flows much faster than in the outside world.
It got on a bit of a time magic kick this time...

What was the priming text you initially fed it? Is this all from one run, or multiple runs?

This is all one run. I wrote four or five spells of my own as the prompt. A Suggestion type thing, one that controlled tides and storms, one that makes the caster immortal, one that captures things that are in shadow, etc.
