Default Maddening Hex, looking for opinions on a spot where RAW is unclear.

Would you allow maddening hex to affect 3 different cursed targets with the same bonus action?

    A is hexed
B is cursed with hexblades curse
C is hit with a 5th level bestow curse (which removes concentration.)

Spoiler: Relevant text from the book.

You cause a psychic disturbance around the target cursed by your hex spell or by a warlock feature of yours, such as Hexblade's Curse or Sign of Ill Omen. When you do so, you deal psychic damage to the cursed target and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it. To use this invocation, you must be able to see the cursed target, and it must be within 30 feet of you.

    Thanks in advance!

The Best advice I've ever heard on DMing a fun game.

    1. Once the session begins don't look at the rules, Make a decision and move on.
    2. When in doubt rule in favor of the Player, You can always have a complication pop up if you need more excitement.

    Target. Singular. Nope.
    It's Eberron, not ebberon.
It's not high magic, it's wide magic.
And it's definitely not steampunk. The only time steam gets involved is when the fire and water elementals break loose.

A, B both are valid targets, however the text is very clear that the psychic disturbance is around "the target", singular. The only way you're affecting more than one creature with Maddening Hex is due to the "and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it" part.

C isn't a valid target as Bestow Curse is neither your Hex spell nor a warlock feature of yours. Unless you have a warlock feature that let you Bestow Curse on people.

Not sure what part is unclear.

Bestow Curse is in the invocation discription as Sign of Ill Omen.

    This is the invocation text

    Sign of Ill Omen
    Prerequisite: 5th level

You can cast bestow curse once using a warlock spell slot. You can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.

    Thanks.

In that case C is also a valid target, but it doesn't change how the warlock can designate either A, B or C as the target, but not more than one.
