3.5 Wearer of Purple (Faiths and Pantheons)

I was reading about the Wearer of Purple PrC and I thought it looked pretty cool and it fits the character design I'm working on. However, you can see the version 3.0 artifacts no longer in use (Alchemy skill, in the Dracoride ability, wording, etc.). Is there a version 3.5 release or has someone around here made an attempt so far? What I've got is:

New Domain - As with CDiv, the spells get added regardless of cleric or not; doesn't get granted power

Rebuking - Stacks with other rebuking classes

Dracoride - Add one-half class levels to Ride when riding a dragon.

These abilities could be altered to work like the 3.5 Dracolich in the Draconomicon:
Frightful Presence - Distance = 30 feet x Cha modifier; lasts for 2d6 rounds
Paralyzing Gaze - 30 feet; DC 10 + class levels + Cha modifier; lasts 2d6 rounds
Paralyzing Touch - DC 10 + class levels +Cha modifier; lasts 2d6

Would performing this sort of v3.5 rules transplant seem balanced? A lot of the WoP's abilities can be adapted, as I've mentioned, from Draconomicon material. Then nix Scry (as a class skill) and replace Alchemy with Craft (Alchemy) (for the requirements), and I think that should be fine. What do you guys think?
