Any rules ever made for Drahnai from the WoW D&D version?

I just want the Draenai and the blood elf. Most the the Draenai though. I would like to use him as an NPC if I ever get the chance.
The allied races would be GREAT but they started coming out during 4th edition wasn't it? So they are unfortunately out.
Has Blizzard, WotC, SSS or anyone else done anything beyond the first initial update for it?

While there doesn't seem to be anything official, one of the writers for the d20 WoW game apparently made one for that game. It might help you homebrew one, as that line was a bit different, and based on the 3.0 srd.
