I'm fairly certain I've never seen you (and if I have when did you come to London?), but I'm sure you're just as beautiful as BB.

And just to clarify that statement I'm saying you're both beautiful not that she's not. Before somebody decides to read it the wrong way for fun.

Anyway, they're barring the doors again over here from Thursday. Sucks, I was going to be meeting someone Yesterday because of illness, and I've had to make a really last minute adjustment to see them before it starts.

I believe her point is that you asked several times for people not to discuss the food stuff because you weren't invested in it.

On a similar note, I don't think anyone except maybe El Minster (and you obviously) is invested in your viewer numbers/subscriber amount. At least, in the way you're telling people about it. It'd be kind of like if I just periodically mentioned the number on my odometer.

And no one is saying that you shouldn't be.

I'm saying that's how other people are going to feel about your subscriber/viewer count. There's no context. They're literally just numbers to us.

To again make an analogy, let's say I posted and said that my odometer was at 67,983. No other context, just that number.

Nobody here will care about what my odometer is at. There's not enough context.

And even if there's more context they might not care. Let's say I was at 67,000 and am now at 67,300 because I drove out to work every day. Nobody is going to be particularly invested in my drive to work.

Yes. People need to know why something is important to you to get at all invested in it.

And even if you explain why something is important, sometines they still won't care. I'm certain there's lots of stuff I care deeply about that you would not able to be less interested in if you tried.

Wait, are you saying that your car has put on km-age (what is the equivalent term to mileage, anyway?) without you driving it? Was somebody else driving it, or was it driving itself?

You've driven to the moon! Hope there's a maintenance garage there or you may be stuck for a while.

I am definitely more interested in car odometer readings than YouTube subscriber counts, because odometer readings can have cool conversions like that.

You're confusing kilometres with miles there--the Moon is a minimum of 362,000km away (225,000 miles).

So I needed to have a blood test today, but since I forgot my blood requisition form I couldn't get it done today. Oops! And since my rider ALSO had a blood test today, I needed to either wait in a hospital for upwards of an hour or just go home. So obviously I order a cab... but oops times two, I forgot to get breakfast before calling!

So when the cab rolls in I'm like, hey bud you have breakfast yet? He says no ad I'm like okay cool, take me to Timhortens I'll buy us both some breakfast then you can take me home. And then we did.

My dude got a plain breakfast bagel with earl grey tea, three honey two sugar, if curious.

Depends entirely on why the bite killed you. It could be either or both.

I know my state has several venomous snakes, but there's one that's specifically poisonous.

As I understand it, poison can refer to a number of drugs both natural and synthetic that cause harmful effects if introduced to the body via food, drink, air, or being absorbed through the skin or membrane, while venom is a naturally occurring toxic substance that has to be injected into the bloodstream(or at least be exposed to the blood) to have any effect.

Notably, a substance that is benign or even beneficial can become a poison if it is used wrong, or to excess. A drug to keep your blood pressure from getting too high, in excess, could cause you to bleed out.

An essential oil might have an aroma that you find pleasant and relives your stress but certain ones are also going to make you sick if you eat them.

(Incidentally, that's the beginning and end of the medical benefit of essential oils. If you found find the smell pleasant or associate say, lavender oil with pleasure becuase you first smelled with when you were getting a deep tissue massage, it will make you less stressed and being less stressed makes you less likely to get sick or have headaches. But if you are sick or suffering from chronic pain go to the goddamn doctor)

However, Venoms are meant to be bad for you.

So, not all things that are poisonous are venomous, but some things that are venomous might also be poisonous, depending on the exact chemical makeup of the venom.

Incidentally: "hot" food, with capsaicin? Capsaicin is a poison. Its purpose is to cause pain ad sickness and, in large enough doses, can be fatal. But humans have developed a resistance to it so doses that would kill or seriously harm most animals are pleasant to humans... Or, at least, something we're willing to try to prove how tough we are.

It depends on the person how much is which.

A lot is me overreacting, but urgh, yesterday was just not the day for some things to happen. Going to talk about it when we both have time, now my head's cooled.

To be fair, our reaction to anything domesticated seems to be to make it more aggressive. The only reason we never had war kitties is because they gave up on us after we started putting fish in tins.

I've often found that very rarely do people do things for no reason. More likely, it's just that you are unaware of the reason.

No it's not. That's like saying chocolate is a poison. Capsaicin is poisonous to some animals, and not poisonous to others. Specifically, birds are entirely unaffected by capsaicin and are ht emain method of pepper seeds spreading by being eaten. And make no mistake, the peppers themselves were absolutely evolved to be eaten.
