Now that my character understands that bludgeoning is good against skeletons, can the spear be flipped around and used like a quarterstaff?

Does Chazwick happen to see an amulet lying around?

And does he hear anything suggesting that the pixies realize anything's going on?

Perhaps most immediately relevant: are any of the skeletons within five feet of one of his allies?

    @Izzarra.
Definitely. You can turn that spear into a bludgeoning stick.

There's a lot of this place that you can't yet see but in the area that you can see, there's no medallion lying around.

No pixie sounds. Though the skeletons make quite a bit of clattering. Their presence makes it difficult to concentrate on potential buzzing noises.

This fight is kind of in a clump so Chazwick will always get to do sneak attack damage... unless people start disengaging from the fight so it spreads out.
I'll even rule that you can sneak attack tavernbrawl these guys if you want. How often do you get to sneak attack headbutt really.

Thanks, but I think I'll stick to my sword.

That would be kinda fun, but my rapier does more damage... when it hits.

Vulnerability means you double the damage. If you headbutt a skeleton, it's bludgeoning damage so you double it. Same goes for the sneak attack damage.

Oh, dang. Yeah, then I benefit from doing that instead of using the sword. Although with that attack roll, I doubt it matters what I pick.

    True. Not this turn.

I might as well warn you though. This is one of the larger fights in the adventure's ... first part. Dun dun dun!

Do I have some kind of bludgeoning option since we've covered how the other two do?

I don't think you do at the moment. One of the skeletons attacking the group has a mace though. You might grab it after killing the wielder.

Can I reach the archers to attack? Or do I need to Dash to get to them?

You can. Maria is behind you and her torchlight shines 40' ahead of her. You stand 5' in front of her and can walk 30' forward. So anything that is within torchlight is reachable with macelength covering the last feet.

I don't think I can move without eating a ton of opportunity attacks or using Disengage can I? I also wouldn't want to risk leaving Caex or Maria behind to get mobbed.

Also aha! Heavy Armor Master finally makes its appearance! That 6 damage is only 3!
