Is there a way to Implement Gif into my digital magazine?

Im a second year media student and I'm creating a fanzine about Escape from Tarkov. In my planning, I have wanted to include animated looping clips which automatically play apon opening the page however, I haven't found a way to do so. I'm coming to you guys for a helping hand if you have any suggestions for a way to host this magazine. It doesnt have to be anything fancy, but if there is any way of allowing this without having to pay anything. drop it down below.
