Something along those lines.

    Codebreaker raises an eyebrow.
”Uh, if you want to observe, sure. But I’m not giving you control. What makes me ideal?”
He assumed it’s because he’s been empowered by the spirit already, but maybe a just wants a host who’s big.

Codebreaker squirms but ultimately, a is the reason his life is the way it is now. Sure, he has had some close calls but he had plenty working his old job. Can he say it's worse? No, most certainly not. And it's not like a has ever asked him for anything before aside from a few offerings. Even being Codebreaker was his own request, even if the spirit's lack of understanding caused it to come up with that specific idea.
"Well, alright then. Feel free." this better not do weird things to him.
Maybe some time in his flesh will make a realize what exactly they did to him.

a's Shrine There is a flash of light and a brief, searing pain on the skin of Codebreaker's chest. He can't see it, since there's clothes and fur in the way, but a glyph has been branded into his skin, the same pattern that adorns the floor of the shrine. His eyes are glowing now too, one red, the other blue. His powers have been greatly magnified by the change. But otherwise, there's silence. a is gone except for a buzzing presence at the back of Codebreaker's mind.

Well, it didn't make him a geometric shape or make him start floating or anything. He'll take it. Though now his senses are even more suped up. He might have to ask if he can tone that down.
"Well, welcome to my temple, Boss. If you're wondering why everything's so heavy that's just Codebreaker's geometries, not all mortals. Tell me if you come up with any solutions." he says sarcastically. He turns to leave, gets blinded by the light outside, and promptly fishes through his pockets for his sunglasses.

a doesn't answer. Codebreaker can get the sense that as he's dealing with his mathematical senses being amplified, a has never had a biological body before and is very completely overloaded by all the new senses.

It takes a while for a to even remotely adjust to being within Codebreaker's body. Their voices are muddied when they finally speak. They seem weakened, somehow. "Everything is so unclear, so imprecise. How do you-we exist-live like this?"

Codebreaker grimaces and slips his glasses on, which makes his eyesight almost frighteningly good.
"It's how we are. And you're getting the easy version. You being here makes all my senses more precise. Even if there's downsides. You want to experience food for the first time? Or you want to wait a while before we hit you with more senses? It's certainly one of the reasons I keep going." The ability to sit around all day eating cake is pretty much the reason he considers this whole arrangement a net positive.
