Sorry for my silence, workload is peaking - yesterday and today. Should be able to post tomorrow, so feel free to skip.

As for the militia, I say we get a partial success - the lads are ready, know which side the spear goes into enemy and even do not trip over their own leg during sparring. They will be spending their time on watchtower, watching the area, and walking the village on nights. On the other hand, we have already lost one member.

My opinion: when the project fails, you stop tracking it - and the current player should answer how it failed.

Works piling up here too. Don't sweat needing to focus on that. You're doing a lot more than the rest of us rn anyway, since you're taking care of the maps.

Okay, finally got time to draw! So, I'll need information!

We've got the giant plant over the smithy, another plant where the pile of crows was - that can be done.

A half-finished pyre for witchburning both in the main area and/or near the knights?

A pile of firewood and other stuff near the now open mineshaft?

A palisade construction in progress?

A shrine finished - what symbol should the shrine have? Also, will the priest move into it? If not, what will be his symbol? I'd go for a banner with some religious imagery, but I'm not sure what to go with.

I'll get to work on the lambs & calfs.

I'm also pretty sure the "Blame someone" project failed in week 8...or was that a different one?

As far as resolving the Shrine construction (I'll post this with my next draw): Despite some wariness from certain community members, a sturdy shrine and living area are built for the acolyte, a young woman named Jerana. She provides healing for the community and over all health begins to improve with her help.

As the guy who came up with Ozmathis, the Barefeet Pilgrim... walking stick and tear? I like to think of him as the proponent of "take seven iron walking sticks and walk while weeping for the world, and when your seventh walking stick breaks and your eyes can no longer push out a tear, you will be where you belong to".

Ooooh. I sense a disturbance! Jerana may become a direct opposition to the new priest who came on the black horse... nice!

Not yet, I'll add it over the weekend. Also, planning to start working on the regional map - so depending on the distance between the orcs and our lovely settlement of Idonotknowwhatthenameissofarsoapologies, they may or may not be included.

Also, checked the IC: the bands of orcs had no specific residence - so, should we add one? If you use the "Discover Something New" to find their settlement, let me know where should I put it - if on the local or the regional map.

Actually I'm going to use the card I drew to push them off a bit. It makes sense, they have no permanent shelters, they'd want to move somewhere they can set up for winter. They'll be out of our hair for the foreseeable future, but probably still near enough if we want to find them
