Additionally: I love your list system.

Now, if you want to dispute that movement speed, I can bad math all day long!

3.0: Wizards mass-distributing spells that don't work exactly as was most universally convenient since 2000!
I have a Ph.D. in applied math, and were I actually doing my job right now, I'd be worrying about aerodynamics of supersonic objects, so:

If you are going to houserule in some sort of massively overpowered dexterity save then Air's PLAINLY only works at up to roughly 6,000 feet per round. Beyond that point the air can't get out of the way fast enough without being smashed into a much higher pressure shockwave, LONG before you get to 150,000 feet per second the individual molecules are shattered into hot disassociated plasma. Geez, 150,000 feet per round, that's absurd.

Can I interest you in a vintage peasant railgun? 150,000 feet per round is the low speed setting. We can go as high as you want, guv.

I may have used my recollection on how re-entry works and just wanted to call it a day so I grabbed the speed of a returning spacecraft. Which, I fully agree, is absurd.

I have no way to feed 30,000 peasants, much less get them all in a line with readied actions.

Goblins already figured that one out. You just need a hydra.
    Attention LotR fans
    Spoiler: LotR

The scouring of the Shire never happened. That's right. After reading books I, II, and III, I stopped reading when the One Ring was thrown into Mount Doom. The story ends there. Nothing worthwhile happened afterwards. Middle-Earth was saved.
