Havok chuckles to himself as he takes another drink.

"Eh, not always. I've seen more than a few times where the lord or the jarl's interest aligns with the people's. Jarl Igmund back home is such a case. His heart is for his people"

Katharina von Reich awoke in a tavern bed, shaking off the remnants of an awful hangover. Someone else was probably in the bed with her, at some point, but now she was alone. She dressed herself with haste, trying her best to put her room in a somewhat presentable state before dashing down the stairs. She takes a look around for some empty seats… or, at least, someone to share a drink with.

She takes a look around for some empty seats… or, at least, someone to share a drink with.

Katharina finds the inn's common area as the main party and Gunjar see it. A small band is now tucked off to the side near the fireplace, playing a song, which based on the notes being played, seems to be

She hums along to the music, noticing the members of the party in their seats.

"Well, hello there. Mind if I join you?"

Gunjar looks up from the conversation. "I see no problem with it. The more, the merrier, I say!" He looks over to the party. "But are you all fine with her joining?"

"As I said, I am Katharina. A pleasure, indeed, to make your acquaintance." She speaks with a refined accent, but her demeanor is boisterous, and she sports a wide smile.

"Got the name for a reason, and live up to it as often as possible." Waves a hand in the air to flag over the bar maid. "A drink for the lady" Waves a lower hand and makes 3 large rats appear under chairs around the tavern.

She grins at his little prank, settling down into a chair to watch the chaos ensue…

The rats scatter through the floor of the tavern, startling many of the patrons, as well as the tavernkeeper. "Godsdammit, I thought I got rid of you weeks ago!" He takes a woodcutter's axe from behind him and moves to kill the illusory rats

Seeing the tavernkeeper and his axe, Havok waits until he is about to strike one of the rats and makes it disappear. At the same moment have a rat run away in the periphery of the tavernkeepers vision. let this go on for a little bit and then for the last rat i will blast it with an eldritch blast and then make it disappear. just as it hits. Havok is struggling to hold in large amounts of laughter throughout all of this.

At Jean's funny suggestion Havok makes the last one larger and visibly decayed and zombified before blasting it.

"AH! You're gonna get the chunks everywhere!" She laughs, not at all serious in her indignation. "Havok indeed, aren't you? Is that all you can do?"

holding off from full belly laughing at the results of his handy work he responds "Guess you will have to wait and see my other many talents"

The innkeeper shouts in surprise as the eldritch blasts make contact with their illusory targets. He watches them disappear and makes the connection in his head. "So you this is funny, do you, mage?" He levels his axe at Havok. "If I were you, I'd watch who I play magical tricks on." With that, he storms back to his post at a counter, returning the axe.

As soon as Jean's sure he's out of earshot, he whispers "Well, that was wildly out of proportion to the offense."

Havok holds up 2 of his arms and holds two of them behind his back with his fingers crossed, and kind of yells towards the bar "Sorry About that, all in good fun, wont happen again" Then Finishing the last of his meat and drink turns to the group, "think im going to head to my room for the night, I will see you all in the morning"

Get's up and walks upstairs to his room.

Once Havok gets up to his room he will spend some time reading his books, one in each hand. After reading he creates a small illusory demon in his room, summons his sword and goes through some forms. As his anger grows towards the illusory figure his sword shifts into an axe, suprised by this as it had always appeared as a sword before this. Havok then spends some time focusing to see if he can make any other weapons appear and discovers that if he focuses he can make any weapon appear in his hands. Exhausted from reading and training Havok then goes to sleep, with a smile on his face with the thought of the frustrated and angry innkeeper

As he speaks, he looks around to see if he recognizes anyone around, or if anyone else seems to be paying undue attention to their party. Not that I'm sure I'd be able to tell undue attention from attention we brought on ourselves.

The party all goes to their rooms and falls asleep. They all wake up rested. It's a new day

Zephyranthes of House Rose Human Artificer AC: 19 HP: 28/28 PP: 9 PIv: 13 PIs: 9 Conditions: -- Concentration: -- While the others had been making a ruckus with attacking illusionary rats or whatever, Zephyr been concentrating on the final stretch of meditations on her new magical armor. Which she finished after they went to their rooms. When she comes down in the morning, her armor looks quite different. More glorious and immaculate and tied together with her attire as if it was all one thing in truth even if separate parts could be identified. As if it had been transformed into the platonic idea of armor. Zephyr herself seems to carry herself with at least a bit more confidence as she comes down the stairs.

Jean Bijoutier Human Rogue AC: 15 HP: 17/17 PP: 19 PIv: 20 PIs: 14 Conditions: -- Concentration: -- When Jean gets to his room and lies in his bed, the events of the previous day start playing back in his head as his brain winds down for the night. He sees the castrum, he sees the lich. He remembers fleeing the castrum in the hopes that if they leave quickly enough, the lich won't change its mind about letting them go. He sees Havok conjuring a new lich to test the undead arm, and conjuring rats to annoy the innkeeper. What we need is a bit more magic... Jean sits up in his bed. I remember one of the thieves' guild's mages drunkenly showing off an illusion spell a lot like Havok's... how did it go? Jean mutters a chant and moves his hands... Nothing. I'm sure I have the chant right... He tries a very slightly different hand motion... I think I felt something that time? He tries adjusting his hands a bit further in the same direction, and doing the chant again... And that time I didn't feel anything... He tries something very similar to the second hand motion... and a skeletal rat appears on his bed and does a somersault before vanishing. ---- Jean comes down the stairs. "Good morning everyo..." He sees Zephyr. "Did your armor always look like that?"
